There is no golden with this hash brown. 15 minute wait to place my order. I come by every Thursday morning to pick up breakfast for my customer. I order the same thing every time I do not expect them to remember me or know what I ordered or remember hey this is that guy. Asked for the same thing every time. When the total came up, I realize it was a lot cheaper so I said hey, did you get, the three sausage egg Mc griddles. No answer so I pulled onto and waited. Got to the window and asked the person. Hey did you get my three sausage egg? Mc griddles with guy is always nice and he looked at me like I was crazy. He said they’re on there. I said OK just checking just wondering why it was so cheap this time . No reply gave me my change when I pulled up to the window. The over rushed person at the window handed me my stuff and I was on my way. I know they’re busy. They’re probably understaffed that is fault of management and if management is reading this, you’re terrible at management . There was no egg on my Mc griddle. And my receipt showed buy one get one for one dollar . So that’s where the less expensive receipt came from. Plus, there was no egg on my sausage egg and cheese Mc griddle. No egg on three of them. The hash brown was horrible. The picture makes it a lot brighter than it looks because it was dark and overcooked and hard as a rock just like the biscuit on my sausage biscuit with egg that they put cheese on that I didn’t ask for. And by the way, like a lot of people think, the two lane drive-through might make things easier and faster for McDonald’s, but it makes most of us mad because most of us don’t know how to take turns. We are already in a rush to get where we’re going so we stopped for fast food and when the fast food is not fast and there’s congestion because of the dual Drive-through, it just adds to the turmoil of the day. Sorry if I This rubs anyone the wrong way I got rubbed the wrong way...
Read moreHorrible service! I would not recommend it to anyone! I live in Jackson Tn! I was driving home from a long trip from Lexington, Ky taking my Granddaughter home from Christmas. On the way back I encountered two traffic jams one caused by a wreck! I had left at 1pm CST and arrived at 5:50pm. I was exhausted and hungry. I was experiencing dizziness because I am a diabetic and if I don't eat... I will pass out! But being stuck on the highway in traffic could not be helped it was just one of those things. I had drank all of my water... I had nothing. I stopped in to get refueled and charge my phone, then be on my way to Jackson. Well, as everyone knows Mc Donald's has installed new menus in all there stores... they rotate! This is a nightmare for people who have serious eye problems and seizures! There are NO alternatives NO Where! It's one thing to have ads rotate but menus are different.... with that said I will explain... when I am at home, I will ask at the counter questions and the cashier will answer me no problem. Here is the thing. I know different areas charge different prices! They also even have different items! What we have as special in Jackson is not the same elsewhere! So, this blonde at the 172 exit McDonalds! I walk up and ask could you tell me the prices of your dollar items? She got real angry and said NO! I will not! I said, Excuse me? She said that is not my job! Read the menu! I said that is the problem... it rotates! She said... not my problem! I said fine then I will take my business elsewhere! I did! They were fantastic at the Hardee's across the...
Read moreThe worst McDonald's I've ever been to. My family went through the drive through while on a road trip from Texas to Ohio. The person taking our order was very monotone and unfriendly. I figured it was just her personality but when we drove to the window to pay she was very rude. Would not look at us, did not get us, did not smile, nothing. We drove up to the 2nd window to get our food and this girl had the same attitude. Rude and looked like she hated life. We felt bad for them and assumed they had poor management. We drove off and I started passing happy meals to our kids then noticed our fries were stale and my husband's quarter pounder was missing. We turned around and went back then took the receipt inside. The boy at the counter seemed to be under the influence of something and was clueless. He walked to the back where a loud voice started saying "they didn't get there quarter pounder? Who? They better show you a receipt". The clueless boy came back and asked if we had a receipt. We gave him the receipt and he just stared at us then asked if the quarter pounder was on it. My husband showed him where it was on the receipt so he went back to the loud mouth in the back who wouldn't come out and speak for himself. The loud mouth said well next time you better make them bring in all their bags so we know they ain't lying. UNBELIEVABLE! I would do a survey but they took and kept our receipt. They did replace the fries with some more stale but...
