Açaí Express Dorado — Restaurant in Dorado

I’m sad to give Açai Express one star. I don’t love acai bowls, but I actually loved them from açaí express because they have an unsweetened bowl that has peanut butter - the Pro Surfer. I’ve ordered it 20+ times. Unfortunately, the last time I ordered one, it did not taste right and my wife and I couldn’t taste any peanut butter flavor. I went back to ask for a new one as this was different and was not good (for me it’s all about the peanut butter flavor). The employees were nice, and they first said that they use two different types of açaí. I told them my bowl did not have the peanut butter flavor, to which they replied they put peanut butter in. And since they had “made it correctly” they wouldn’t fix the bowl or make a new one. I’m super disappointed in the poor customer service. I’ve been a loyal customer for a year now and have introduced many friends to this place, but I will likely not go back anymore after they had no interest to make my order correctly m. I ordered 1 palette of Nutella, 1 of brownies and 1 strawberry cheesecake shake. They gave me the bag and I assumed there where the 2 pallettes. The girl opened the rolled window and gave me a total to pay and I said you didn't gave me the shake. She said no I gave you the three palettes. I repeated what I ordered and gave her the ticket. She made the first mistake and it's ok. They proceeded to make the shake, she opened the window and asked if wanted wipped creme and nuts and I said yes. The guy gave me the shake and closed the window. I started calling them back and he opened. Hey there's no whipped creme and nuts. He said, it was without it. He took the shake and put the whipped creme and nut and I left. Guess what, they gave me a strawberry shale and not the strawberry cheesecake shake. I always go to this truck because their food USED to be amazing. Last time I ever go again. They didn't have all of the ingredients for the açai, gave me a very small amount (like usually it's like a little mountain of açai when now it doesn't even reach the rim) and on top of that they raised the price even more. If you are going to raise the price I would at least expect a little more or at least the same as before, not less.
