Faccio Pizza — Restaurant in Dorado

When entering we didn't feel welcome, the hostess seemed to have a long face and wanting to leave. My party and I let it slide because she probably had a rough day. When she came to our table to bring the utensils, we asked her what they had for happy hour, she replied "I don't know, im not your waiter". Another waiter passed by, (still not the one for our table) said Medalla, the local beer 2x$5. Then finally our waiter arrived and when asked about the happy hour he replied Peroni 2×$5. Both waiter's not on the same page. I asked for another local beer Ocean Lab Blonde Ale, 2nd time around not the same,Ocean Lab IPA(same brand different flavor). The waiter took a little longer to get the beers considering the beer fridge was right next to our table, he wasn't as attentive as we would have liked him to be. Food was ok, a bit overprized. Overall place was clean,no waiting time for table at that moment, staff needs more training. I worked in the nearby luxury hotel, considering this clientle comes here to, they should be more caring and attentive. The food was great but the service…. I literally waited 40 minutes for a refill, the waitresses gossiping in the bar area and the lack of attention for tables they were serving, they didn’t even check if we needed refills, if everything is all right or if anything is missing. They only came 2 times, one to bring the drinks and two, when they brought the food. Its a grate place, good prices and good food but the waitresses not doing they job fully kind of sucks. And this is my fourth time coming and the same thing, is not all of them just a few, a bad batch per say… hope...

This is one of my favorite restaurants to take kids as it is a relaxed and great family atmosphere. Weve been going to the other locations in the metropolitan area for since I was a boy 20 years ago.... Back then we used to celebrate after each baseball game (again showing the family atmosphere). I was thrilled to see them continue expanding, now with a restaurant in Dorado where my parents have a beach house. Their prices and food quantity are hard to beat and the taste is very good.
