I would like to express our deep dissatisfaction with the treatment we received at Backyard Kitchen Doral. We went as a group of coworkers hoping to enjoy a casual meal after work, and unfortunately, the experience was very disappointing.
From the moment we arrived, the manager made it clear we were not welcome, simply because we were a large group. His reasoning was that there were “too many people, too many orders, and too much noise,” which, frankly, should never be a problem for any restaurant that promotes itself as a social or group-friendly venue.
Instead of handling the situation professionally, his attitude was rude, impatient, and dismissive, making us feel uncomfortable and unwelcome. We weren’t expecting special treatment, just basic courtesy and a willingness to serve paying customers.
It’s disappointing to see that a place meant for social gatherings can’t manage exactly that — groups. As customers who came to enjoy the food and support the business, we find this type of treatment unacceptable.
We do not recommend this establishment and will certainly not...

Now is VERY EXPENSIVE: This restaurant is part of doral park clubhouse. The prices were lower than eating at other places that serve similar food, now, they increase prices by %40. , a simple burger cost over $18, and is nothing special. If you are going to CHARGE me at a 5starts rate, you better bring me 5starts service and quality. They increase the prices but not the quality. Food needs seasoning, no flavor and like I told you before, this place used to be good.

Read moreThis restaurant offers a nice dining location with fair prices, especially at happy hour. Their patio is also spacious and lovely when the weather is nice. However, I feel that they have instituted new rules that are not family friendly and create a stuffy experience, especially considering they are in the middle of a residential neighborhood that funds the clubhouse through mandatory membership. For example, kids are not allowed to play on the large grassy field that the patio in front of the restaurant overlooks. Also, they don't allow even dogs, even in the furthest tables in the patio away from others. It seems unnecessary to create rules that make it difficult for families...
