Mazza Pizzeria — Restaurant in Doral

TERRIBLE - my review is on the service and not the food since I didn't even get a chance to try it. I ordered a delivery to my hotel room on 8/26/17. After an hour of waiting I called and they said that the driver needed to be contacted. After contact, the driver claimed to leave my order with the lobby. I went downstairs and they said no deliveries have been attempted all night. I called them back asking if they can redeliver and they said no because they have fulfilled their end of the deal. I was confused because I had told them my room number (after they told me on the phone they can deliver directly to my room) and exact location of the hotel and they kept saying "yes, we know where that is" - hmmm, maybe you don't where it was - next time don't try to act so smart if your drivers aren't familiar with the area. But what can you expect from uneducated rude Miamians? I asked for refund and they said they would process but that has not happened. So I am disputing this with my credit card company after waiting for a week to get my money back. Have fun processing my refund and the extra money for the charge...

Just ate here for the first time like an hour ago based on the reviews. I don't live in this area, I only work near by. The gentlemen that assisted me was very polite and humble. Pizza wasn't that bad, expected more based on the reviews. Garlic rolls are pretty ok but need to be cooked/baked longer. Inside dough wasn't cooked all the way. What really bothered me is that while I was paying my bill their was a delivery of products being brought into the establishment from the rear of the store and their was a large cockroach crawling on the floor and started to climb up the boxes of products being delivered. Nasty, my stomach started to turn and it'll be the last time I go to eat there. I didn't say anything to the gentlemen because their was 2 ladies sitting down and I didn't want to cause any...

Stopped by to check it out as I live in the area. Observations: Clean- kitchen area and front looks to be very clean and this for me means a lot as it shows managements commitment to keeping their work space in good shape. Friendly staff- constantly check up on me to make sure all was ok Pizza: they were just getting ready for the dinner shift and didn't have too many slices on display. However, they asked me what I wanted and made a pie even though I only ate two slices. Again, very friendly and attentive crew.

If you're in the area I'd stop by for a quick bite. I didn't give them 5 stars as I am a big fan of coal fired pizza but still strongly...
