Walked in, no “hello, please wait a moment.” There was a guy and brunette young woman attending customers. My mother & I waited for a bit before asking how much the wait was going to be. The girl with fake eyelashes (too dense for her face) answered horrible, “I’m busy right now!” With unbelievable attitude. Not only did nobody greet us, but she answered with such poor customer service. She said she was stressed and would not “deal” with us. Such a person should not be in customer service. I had the best experience at this location. I came to see if I could fix my iPhone11 and ended up leaving with a new iPhone14 thanks to the reps here at Doral.
