So I would totally give this place a 5 just because of their Colombian style empanadas - they're so good. However, the reason I'm giving them a three is their service. I've called to place orders where the cashiers has told me I'm really busy can you call back in 30 minutes. That's outrageous! I've also gone there in person and have stood by the bar waiting to be served for long periods of time. I've never been for lunch or dinner but their breakfast is really good it's a shame that there is no customer service at all. This little get away of amazing traditional flavor is a must do, till now I have been repeatedly visiting and have had no regrets. The presentation is moderate, not over the top but a good experience of what you're going to see in Colombian cuisine from the homeland. The food has always been made to order and very affordable. This place was nasty, from the plates that the food got served that had crust and look like been there since the construction of the building to the service. No to mention that in the process they had roaches croaling on the wall and floors. We brought this to the waitress attention and they disregarded .
