Just Salad — Restaurant in Doral

I was traveling for work and looking for a great salad spot in Doral. Out of all the options, we chose Just Salad, and I’m glad we did. The food was amazing. They offer several salad combinations to choose from, and you can also make your own, which is exactly what we decided to do.

The quality and freshness of the ingredients really stood out. Everything tasted crisp, fresh, and flavorful, exactly what I needed after a long day.

That said, I do want to mention a customer service concern. I asked the employee’s name to one of the guys and he said her name is Nicole, but the receipt shows the name Albany. For management reference, my check number was 219 on 9/8/2025 at 7:51 PM. Unfortunately, the service was not very warm. Maybe it was just a bad day for her, but there was no greeting, no smile, just a direct “What base you want?” We both chose romaine, and when she asked if we wanted another base, we said no at which point she rolled her eyes. Throughout the entire order process, there was no friendliness or positive interaction. When it came time to pay, she simply said “That’s all?” followed by “OK, $45.66.” I still left a tip because I know tips matter but there was no “Thank you,” “Enjoy your meal,” or “Have a good night.”

I mention this because customer service is just as important as the food itself. A friendly attitude and simple greetings make a big difference in making customers feel welcome. I hope management can address this with their team, as experiences like this can discourage customers from coming back, even when the food is excellent.

Loved my first time coming here.

Let me start off by saying a million thanks for Vergica and Mauro they were amazing and so was the rest of the team but I didn't ask their names (I'm the worst at remembering names too ). The level of service I received is probably one of the best. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed and there were lots of employees ready to assist me. They let me try the different dressings as well as two of the chickens and the BbQ Shiitake. So happy I tried them because I hate mushrooms but the BBQ Shiitake didn't taste like them or had their texture which is perfect.

I ended up getting the BBQ Shiitake bowl! It was so delicious. I added that comes with it which is miso but since l like creamy dressings I had them also add ranch dressing on it and that made it perfect! The bowl was so good, I could eat it all day!

I tried the chicken but I'm honestly not a fan of chicken in general. The one that's white with less seasoning tasted too much like chicken for me and the other was better seasoned but I still thought the BBQ shiitake was the best choice for me. The prices are just perfect! It's so difficult to find this size of a salad for the price (roughly $13 before taxes).

The cookie and lemonade were also good.

Super easy to find parking which for me makes a difference because I hate struggling to park & it's free so one less thing to worry about. Overall an amazing place which I'll highly recommend!

What a great place. You have been open for a year and I just tried out your food almost a month ago and must say I come here so much now. If I could Own a Just salad franchise I would be in salad heaven!!!! The staff that works here is so friendly and so fast at making the salads, wraps, or bowls. Most importantly the food is extremely fresh. As a prior food and beverage manager I am amazingly shocked by how clean your establishment is. I never seen a crumb on your floor. The tables and booths are spotless. I hope you stay in business and never ever close. I am so glad that a " Just salad is so close to where I live in Doral" The only Thing that I must say is I am Vegan. At first I was so glad that you offered plant based chicken. I think your over cooking the chicken because so many times I have ordered it and couldnt even grab it with my fork. I had to use my hand to grab it and eat it. I buy plant based products all the time and I think you should consider changing the brand of plant based nuggets that you offer. That, or maybe you're over cooking them?
