Lime Fresh Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Doral

I am a Doral resident and I am never returning due a very rude employee. Female- working on July 4th at 4:45PM. I am a frequent customer to this location. I usually sit outside with my tiny dog, in the past the staff has offered for me to sit inside but I mostly sit outside. On july 4th, i ordered about $25 in food and drink just for myself with the intention of sitting outside. There were two homeless people sitting in the outside area, violently arguing, cursing and yelling, and slamming their hands on the table. My food had not come out yet. I felt unsafe (as I am a female) and moved inside with my small dog. She told the 2 homeless people to move. They did not leave. She told me I can sit outside but I told her I feel unsafe at this moment. I treated your employee with respect. I put my drink down on a table that was empty ( because my hands were full holding another tray) and was approached by this female employee again, and she was very rude and told me I cannot sit here with the dog. I explained to her again that there were two homeless people sitting outside acting erratically, and I did not feel safe. She was very rude to me and said you can sit "in the back, just this one time ", I come to this location very often for the primary reason that your staff is very friendly and welcoming. I will not be returning as I do not feel it is OK for me to be treated like I am the one that did something wrong. I immediately asked for a to go box was not even assisted. I packed my own food and took my soggy food home , I hope that upper management reads this and addresses the female employee working on July 4 at 4:45 PM and provides instruction on customer service and critical thinking . This female employee needs to be inserviced on the importance of safety, especially that I am a female and I was dining alone. I never have been treated so poorly by a restaurant employee in my life. Especially when I was politely explaining the unsafe situation outside. There are many other places in Doral I have the option of going to eat, and now because of her inability to critically think and treat a customer appropriately, you have lost a resident of Doral customer, my family...

This is by far the best Mexican place I have ever frequented in the past 4-5 years. I haven't been to any other location and I'm not sure whether it's just this location or the entire chain is this good. The taste is good, and the service is extremely fast. Many times my order was ready by the time I paid and I was filling up my drink and condiments!

I was a regular there as it was the default place I went to for a light dinner if I had to stay a bit late in office. I would be famished and this place had the swiftest service times. Some of the people working there started addressing me by name on every visit! I never expected it from a chain restaurant!

On one occasion me and an office colleague entered around 7:00 pm, had a round of margaritas, got into an interesting discussion, and totally lost track of time. We stayed almost 25-30 minutes beyond the 10 pm closing time and none of the people working there disturbed us, calmly cleaning up the place around us! This place only gets 2 stars for the first few times I ate there. 0 for the previous 4 times. From hair in the food, to wrongs orders the rest of the time. First, switched mine and a friends order and the friend didn't realize until I pointed out so we send back. they fix his and bring mine out shortly after but with steak, not chicken. for the 5th time, i told them it was chicken and had the receipt. Also, i remembered my order number. server goes, you should remember the number in case this happens, i laughed and couldn't believe that was a legit reasoning tactic on her part. even remembering it did not prove to be helpful. but ok, she brings my food back out 10 minutes later server: beef queso burrito. me: chicken. manager: (brings an order out looking at me) steak queso. me: chicken. server (looks at second order she has in right hand): chicken queso. me: chicken.
