KFC — Restaurant in Doral

Man I used to remember this place amazing when they had a place to throw parties but after the renovation the service has gone down. The manager was nice but when I told her the cashier Dashon got my order wrong and didn’t even give me my drinks she then checked my order and said I didn’t get my popcorn chicken since he gave me something else. This gentlemen looks like he was high or something since he was very slow and even got another order wrong. When I tried to tell the tall Cuban young lady she couldn’t hear me and I had to be a little rude to get their attention so they can fix his mistake. After this experience I think I’ll stick to the Taco Bell by US 1, at least they get the order right. If I was part of this staff I would not hesitate to fire this young man and get the manager more training since she seems to be...

Well let me start by saying that before you sit down you better clean the table yourself, most of the tables were dirty from the prior customer and that's really mess up okay!!! Well if you are going to dine in prepare yourself to listen to the same song over and over again thru their speaker, the restroom is filthy, there's no outlets to charge a phone just in case, the trash it was full no more room for more trash, well no more pizza Hut, just that nasty chicken and of course the over price taco bell, I have no idea who runs this place, good...

Giving one star cuz I have to...how is it that they just opened and they chose to have workers who give attitude to their customers and then instead of making things right the manager comes and tells us that instead of giving us our order that hes gonna give us our money back and call the cops because we wont allow for them to keep giving us attitude the whole time he was ordering. Always an issue here and I thought they'd get it together after their renovations but I guess they dont know its what's in the inside that'll ruin this...
