Let's start by the fact that the "associate" on the drive- thru did not speak english, the car in front of us was a Spanish order and she still had an attitude. It's now our turn and when asked about your new products that are on display she tells us " there's no more sandwiches ok bye", we then ask if we can get someone who spoke english to which she reply with tomorrow, she then left us there for another 10 mins while there was a line of 5+ cars, we did not move as we knew there was food (the car in front us had order ) after saying hello 10 times she comes back, we decided to go with a classic number 2 (2 of them one of the bun with a diet coke) and guess what??? There was sandwiches!!!! Who knew!!!! We go to the 2nd window, rude lady that still spoke no english my off the bun burger had no cheese, my diet coke was not diet, we give it back to her, and then they just slapped the cheese like if it's my fault they got the order wrong! I see the drinks are not marked so I asked if they were both regular, she says yes, I tell her one was diet, she says ok I change. Great she dumps the drink and uses the same cup. (Theres a reason why I asked for diet) I asked her for a new cup, she completely ignored me. Since she was not wearing a name tag I asked what her name was, she said Rosa. Well Rosa should not be on drive thru of Rosa does not speak English while living in the United States, I should not be discriminated by Rosa because I do not speak Spanish (which I do, however my husband doesn't whom was placing the order and thats just rude). Rosa is not only a rude employee but Rosa should not be handling a position that requires a bilingual skill. I am offended and extremely disappointed...
Read moreWords cannot describe how frustrating my recent experiences have been here at this specific location. I don't know what has happened within the past 2 months but I see new employees. I have never had a problem at this location till recently. My past 3 visits have been a complete fail. First trip through the drive thru I was handed iced tea instead of diet coke. 2nd visit around I ordered 2 fries and only received 1. and 3rd time around I received a completely different order. THIS STAFF HAVE TO BE PROPERLY TRAINED. They are incompetent at what they do, I understand a lot of pressure during busy hours, but THERE WAS NO LINE, ABSOLUTELY NO CARS WAITING. This has affected me so much, that I will not be eating, dinning or eating breakfast at ANY mcdonalds for a long time! Ill prefer to go elsewhere! Read moreRecently remodeled location. Pretty clean location. Speed of service is a bit below average. Manager was rude to me on 1 occasion. I don't understand how some staff are so badly trained that they don't greet or use common pleasentries which Mcds is famous for. This location seems to have improved in this regard in the last couple of months. I hate that Mcds is using self service order placing on touchscreens. The concept is gross in a restaurant. It is quite irritating when the machine fails to provide a receipt which has been many times at this location. Having the machines means only 1 staff member will be taking orders at the register and expediting food which means no one supervises people who don't know how to use the screens which slows down the ordering experience inside the restaurant.
