McDonald's — Restaurant in Doral

This McDonalds might have the WORST service in all of NW Miami Dade. You will always have to wait years for your food unless you’re literally the only one ordering. They are lazy and disorganized and just plain slow. And, to be clear, they are not understaffed - it is simply just not run by effective management and the people are bad at their jobs. I had to wait 25 minutes for a hot fudge sundae. After 12 minutes I asked about my ticket number and I was met with the infamous palm up, wait gesture. I asked again a couple minutes later to who I knew was the manger and was met with the same palm up. I asked once more and once more was met with a hand to the face. This time, I insisted. Because 20 minutes for a hot fudge sundae is objectively ridiculous. It took them 5 minutes to find the ticket (another worker had placed it by the ice cream machine around the 10 minute mark which I saw them do and I tried telling the ones looking for it but it was like talking to a brick wall) and make the sundae. When they brought it to me finally - they had the audacity to have not included the extra hot fudge (which I paid for and was clearly on the ticket) and I had to send it back! This is not the only case of incompetence I’ve experienced at this location but it was the last straw that made me write a review. It needs new management and new employees ASAP. It’s a busy location near Doral’s public high school and in one of Doral’s biggest shopping plazas so I really don’t understand how it doesn’t have a stronger team. Terrible customer service. Poor managerial skills. When order is through uber eats or other platforms they always forget something in the order or send different soda flavors, or old fries. Today I ordered via the app directly to avoid going through the same and thought this time with me being there they could not possibly mess up the order, and boy I was wrong.., I made the order and after waiting there for about 10 minutes a lady comes out telling me that there was no ice cream fudge Sundays’ available and if I would accept a shake as a replacement. I said that would be ok. Then she comes with a small shake and had the nerve to tell me shakes are more expensive that the sundays which I checked and in some cases it’s true but on my particular case I had ordered a double fudge sunday, which should’ve been the equivalent of at least a medium shake. If it was the case that the medium shake was a tad more expensive I would’ve happily paid the difference but in this case I got the smaller size which means they kept the remaining amount. It’s not about the money, it’s about finding ways to ripoff customers little by little. Not cool and I’m sure this happens to thousands if not millions of customers every single day. Estoy tan cansado de este lugar esta será la última ve que compre allí, espero mucho aveces de la gente, realmente es tan desagradable pedir algo y llegar a tu casa cansado para darte cuenta que por vez 4 en un mes ellos te entregan tu pedido mal, hace unos días hice la observación al Mánager pero siempre es lo mismo, realmente siento que les importa poco el dinero de sus clientes, es molesto porque uno no come con tranquilidad, me pregunto que tan difícil debe ser leer una orden y armarla, es que no entiendo realmente cuál es el problema, 4 veces cuatro el mismo problema es esta ves pedí una hamburguesa doble y llego a casa con que no es lo que pedí, es molesto porque la respuesta es revisa tu orden allí, pero cómo pretenden que en tu carro destapes tu orden, con la línea de carros detrás de ti y todo encima de todo en la bolsa, realmente creo que no debería ser de tal manera, sin contar que en los últimos 6 meses he tenido mínimo 3 inconvenientes con uno de sus empleados, que es grosero y brusco con sus clientes, lo que me da más risa de todo esto es que Macdonald habla de sonrisas me pregunto dónde están esas sonrisas porque este personaje siempre está con una cara de amargado y lo trata a uno como si uno oliera mal, eso sin contar que en dos de esas ocasiones hizo de forma despectiva a mi idioma ( tengo testigos de esto) ya realmente no soporto este lugar. Por mi parte pierden un cliente, y se que no será nada este reviews ellos no le prestaran atención pero realmente es frustrante ver que no importa que tan agradablemente les diga las cosas ellos no cambian. Lo más molesto es que le he visto forzado a comprar acá porque es el único que está asta tarde en la zona.
