Panda Express — Restaurant in Doral

My kids love the food here. But on 11/9 at around 6:30pm the manager (the woman in the black shirt) decided to gather all the workers and start screaming at them and speaking down to them publicly. It went on for over 5 minutes. Customers walked in and were not helped or greeted while the manager stopped every employee in the kitchen in order to circle them up and go in on them in front of all the customers. I thought it was highly innapropriate and super unprofessional to be treating employees that way. I stopped her to ask what is going on and If everything is ok. First of all.. we ordered a bigger plate which comes with 3 entrees and rice or noodles. We had asked for Lo mein orange chicken and two other items can't remember at this moment. And the egg rolls 2 when paying cashier gave me O N E fortune cookie. Stating I on l y had one meal. NOT!!! AND one package of silverware. Didn't even bother to ask if we wanted any sauces. And 3. THE FOOD WAS COLD when we opened it. Place was called and explained situation and was only told am sorry for what happened. Ordered delivery today. Received the incorrect order. When I called to get this corrected and receive what I ordered and paid for the supervisor spent the entire call yelling at me, interrupting, making excuses saying it wasn't her fault when it clearly was and said if I wanted anything fixed I'd have to come in myself and she would not help me out and send the correct food. In addition to this she hung up on me.
