I wouldn’t give this place any stars based on our horrible experience. To begin with this place is an unsafe establishment for children. DO NOT BRING YOUR CHILDREN! They do not have any staff monitoring the play areas that the children use. No one is regulating the children making sure there is appropriate behavior n all areas. There are children of all ages and adults allowed on all the activities causing possible danger/harm of crushing smaller children or serious injuries. There is no one watching anyone or anything. There are two teenagers running the place. I was watching my children at every moment so we decided to stay which was a bad idea. At the end of the night, THEY TURNED OFF ALL THE LIGHTS WITH CHILDREN IN THE PLAY AREAS!!! My children were frantically crying and we couldn’t see them nor could they see us. IT WAS PITCH BLACK. As the children and parents started finding there children, all the children were crying as well were the parents upset to say the least. As we asked for a manager, one young girl/teenager said she was the supervisor. I expressed my concern on how UNSAFE it was to have children in the dark in an obstacle course play area with 2 floors, why would they do such a thing without warning anyone, she stated “it’s what we do”. There was no one around responsible to at least offer offer an apology for the anxiety and stress that they caused us while they had us in the dark for at least 5 minutes. I will definitely be following up with the corporate office and the better business bureau and all regulatory agencies that will ensure that this doesn’t happen to anyone and their children. My children cried all the way home and were so scared that they would never find us again. For a five and six year old child this was TRAUMATIC and no one should have to experience this while paying over $100 for your children to enjoy themselves and have a good time. WE WILL NEVER COME BACK AND HOPE RESPONSIBLE...
Read moreMy daughters and I came to this establishment on Sunday December 3. My daughters was having a good time at this place, until a little boy started hitting my daughter. She told him to stop, and he proceeded to keep on hitting her just because she would not go down the slide fast enough for him and when she hit him back, he went to cry to his mother, and they went to complain on my child playing the victim. I wanted to speak with the mother just to make sure that everything was OK, but the attendant told me she did not want to speak to me because I did not speak Spanish. Wow the discrimination smh. However, the attendant that is one of the staff members (who was not a manager)did come and check up on us just to make sure everything was fine. I told her we are ok at that point i was over this place and ready to go. I was preparing to leave and as I sat back and I watched to see if she was going to report back to the other parent of our statement of what happened, instead she went back to the other Parent with a card I don’t know if she gave her something like a game card or back her debit card I wasn’t sure but I did hear her apologizing, and the other parent shaking her head, as if she was satisfied…however we didn’t not get the same treatment. I never return but then today as i look at my receipt it dawned down on me. This place is definitely not worth the money. There are much better places for the same price or cheaper. My daughter jacket got ripped in the mist of the altercation. The women’s bathroom was closed so i had to change my youngest daughter pamper on the picnic table. Chairs everywhere which makes it hard for you to pass through. In the toddler area there was too many parents sitting all around making it less space for the toddlers to play. We didn’t even stay for at least two hours….Now I want a refund and I dont usually ask for refunds but this was the worst experience I had out with...
Read moreCelebrated my daughter’s bday, she and everyone enjoyed it! The kids played non-stop, they loved it. I did encounter a few minor issues that can be improved. Everyone is issued a host. My host was very nice, but I wish she would have came to check on the tables often. I had to walk back and forth to get her help. I was told my original host was not there so someone had to replace her. The package I paid for included: pizza, drinks, unlimited gummies for the kids, but they had ran out of the gummies. I think that should have been replaced with another option or discounted. I was not told, I had to ask. My package allowed me to bring outside food as well, which was great! Cake is no longer included, but discounted. Also, the goodie bags were not given out. I did not realize it until almost all my guest were gone. Maybe when the dragon goes around, the host with the dragon can bring those out so they are not forgotten. I did get the bags at the end after I requested them. There were 4 parties at the same time. The dragon went around and spend a small amount of time with each table. I thought the dragon danced with the kids or went in the dark room. I understand the costume is hot, but this is what we pay for. Maybe a break between each so the person doesn’t get overheated. Like I said, a few minor details that were overlooked, but overall very happy with the experience! The male manager on site, very nice. Great customer service and attitude! Definitely will recommend. The place does get really packed on the weekends, but you are able to get your guests in ahead...
