Five Below — Local services in Doral

Worst five below ever, just went there with my family. Including children. We were looking around while an older woman was following us around the store the entire time. Making little comments. She was complaining abt the us touching the things we were looking at. Making everything hostile everywhere we turn she was there. She made a comment to my 9 year old sister in law bc she placed a toy next to where it originally was. That was when I had enough and I told her we are looking, we are paying. And this is ur job. Stop following us around the entire store. So with the items we decided to purchase we went to the self checkout and started scanning she randomly appears next to me taking items out my hand saying she has to do it. In self checkout? From there I told her not to touch me and she continued, she assumed I was a child in which I am not. Since she had such a big issue moving back and item earlier we left everything. I usually like coming to this Five Below, I’ve been shopping here for a while but man, there’s this one lady (I think she’s the manager or something? Wears glasses) who totally kills the vibe. Some of time I’m there, she’s out here talking to the employees in this super passive-aggressive way, raising her voice and acting all superior. It’s honestly hard to watch. She probably thinks some of the people doesn’t understands Spanish, but I do and I’ve heard the stuff she says. Not cool at all. What really blew my mind was how she talks about customers. Like, last week I literally heard her call people stupid just for asking questions. Girl, not everyone’s a mind reader.
