I gave this Burger Fi another shot (despite my reservations) even though my last experience was horrible. I ordered a plain hamburger, nothing on it, to go. The employees, as before, are SO nice and friendly (and I was sure to mention that in my first, negative review also). My burger came out quickly and was perfectly made. I buy this food for my mother and she said it was DELICIOUS.
The restaurant is clean and parking is plentiful out front. I'm glad I came back because every business can have an off-day.
This time, MUCH better experience! :)

Where do I begin? My mother wanted a hot dog. How hard can that request be?
I came at 11:30ish; no other customers. The girl was very friendly and nice. I ordered a hot dog with chili and chopped onions. I saw a sign for a MINT milkshake, yum, and ordered that too. My receipt is timed 11:38am. A couple people came in, but it wasn’t crowded. 20 minutes later, the girl said they had a big order and mine would be up soon. There were at least 5 employees back there, but there was NO efficiency as to what they were doing (I was told they were short-staffed, but there were a lot of employees). One just stared at buns, he really prepared nothing. I saw him put a hot dog in a bun, then just let it sit there. Another employee shuffled a couple receipt/orders and wandered around, coming back periodically to stare at the receipts. NO food was coming out. The big order was made online & 2 guys came in for it and were also just waiting. Finally, about 10 orders of fries, several onion rings and a few boxes of burgers were sat up on the shelf to be packed up (the big order perhaps ?). An employee was standing in front of them but not boxing or bagging any of it. They sat there for at least 10 minutes, uncovered, getting cold. The guys STILL waiting.
Then a girl brings me my shake. It was not green like the MINT shake on the billboard. I asked, is this mint? She said, no - Oreo. I explained I ordered mint (I had even pointed to it when I ordered) and she said she would redo it. I said NO NO!, I will take whatever it is (the shake was good but not what I ordered).
Still waiting on my dog, I went and asked about it. Employee (very nice) said it is up now. I watched as she took the box, turned it upside-down and put it in the bag. She handed me the bag and I thanked her. It was 12:15. I walked outside and chili & grease was seeping out of the bag from the dog being put in upside-down. I opened the bag and turned the leaking box right side up, and noticed the hot dog was black. No, NOT black stripes from grilling — it was CHARRED black, burned beyond recognition. Inedible. I took it back and asked for a refund - which is a whole different painful story but I will run out of space. I got my money back and it was now 12:30 - one hour and my mother still did not have a hot dog.
The irony is, when you use a credit card, you are asked: “What tip do you want to leave 20%, 25%, 18%” Here’s MY tip: Get a management team in there and train the employees and oversee what is going on! Employees were nice, just had no clue what to do.
p.s. I went to Arbetters on Bird Road and got my mother a hot dog - she said it was delicious. I should have gone there in the...
Read moreI recently visited BurgerFi, and I can confidently say this was one of the BEST dining experiences I’ve had in a long time. From the moment I walked in, I was greeted by a team of staff members who were not only friendly but genuinely happy to help and make my visit memorable. Their energy and professionalism instantly set the tone for the meal – you can tell they really care about their customers.
The Food – Out of This World Burgers and More The star of the show is obviously the burgers, and wow… they are on another level. The patties are perfectly seasoned, juicy, and cooked to perfection – you can taste the quality of the beef in every bite. The buns are soft yet sturdy, holding everything together perfectly without getting soggy. The toppings are fresh, vibrant, and piled high with care – from crisp lettuce to melted cheese and their signature sauces that tie everything together beautifully.
I tried their classic cheeseburger and also sampled one of their specialty burgers, and both blew me away. Each bite was flavorful, balanced, and left me wanting more. It’s rare to find burgers that feel gourmet yet still have that comfort-food vibe, but BurgerFi nails it effortlessly.
Smoothies and Sides – Just as Amazing A huge shoutout to their smoothies – I wasn’t expecting them to be this good! They were creamy, refreshing, and the perfect complement to the burgers. You can tell they use quality ingredients because every sip tastes fresh and real, not artificial. Pairing the smoothie with their crispy fries made for an unbeatable combo.
The Staff – Above and Beyond Service I can’t emphasize enough how incredible the staff was. They were attentive without hovering, quick to answer questions, and had a genuine enthusiasm for the menu. The team checked in to make sure everything was perfect, refilled drinks with a smile, and even gave personal recommendations that turned out to be spot-on. Their positivity created such a welcoming atmosphere – it honestly felt like being taken care of by friends.
Cleanliness and Vibe The restaurant itself is spotless and inviting. The seating is comfortable, and the modern yet cozy vibe makes it great for families, friends, or even solo meals. I also noticed how well they managed the flow during busy hours – everything stayed organized and calm, which is impressive when a place is this popular.
Overall BurgerFi exceeded every expectation I had. The food is phenomenal, the smoothies are a hidden gem, and the staff is truly what sets this place apart. It’s rare to find a restaurant that delivers on all fronts – quality food, stellar service, and an atmosphere that makes you want to come back again and again.
If you haven’t been to BurgerFi yet, do yourself a favor and go ASAP. It’s not just a meal; it’s an experience you’ll...
Read moreMy girlfriend and I went a couple weeks ago on Saturday night around 9pm to grab a burger after work. There was a car meet in the parking lot and it was slammed with people both in line and waiting for their food inside. We probably waited 15 minutes before our order was taken. The girl at the register could not concentrate on taking our order, was distracted the whole time and told us they were only doing to-go orders, that they didn't have anymore shakes at that time and that it would be a 30 minute wait. We said fine and decided to order anyways. After 45 minutes of waiting we were probably the last ones in the store and the staff begins cleaning the grills so I asked Ronald the manager when our order would be ready that we had been waiting for 45 minutes and he tells us that they lost our order. Now the only reason this review is 5 stars instead of 1 star is because of Ronald. He took full responsibility for his team messing up the order, refunded us our money for the inconvenience and made us our food himself. He even made us the shakes they girl told us they didn't have anymore. More people that care about their customers (and job which isn't common nowadays) will take this burger spot to the next level. Be like Chick-Fil-A not McDonald's. Shout out to Ronald, one of...
