Chipotle Mexican Grill — Restaurant in Florida

This chipotle restaurant is in Doral it’s close to my job so I always go there for lunch as a consumer to purchase food. I usually have a great experience with the friendly team and enjoy my meal. However today I get to purchase a chicken and guac bowl and had a terrible experience due to an employee on the management team. He came on the food line to help and when he got to my bowl I asked for chicken, he then gave me the smallest serving of chicken I’ve ever got at any chipotle! I kindly asked him for a bit more and with an attitude he told me no or it would be double I told him I was only asking for a small bit more because of the small serving he gave me. He again told me no with a rude attitude and I asked if someone else could make my bowl he said ok and rudely said I’m going to get the same thing. I asked him to just let someone else make it and to not speak to me and he told me he can speak to me if he wants and that he wouldn’t stop that he can if he wants. I was so shocked and upset that someone in the restaurant industry would talk to and treat a paying customer like that. I then asked him his name which he said was “Jose” . After getting his name I told him he was being very nasty and a very nice employee finished making my bowl asked my name told me my name was nice and was very polite compared to the previous manager/employee I had to deal with previous. I went to this location for dinner with my brother tonight. We love eating at chipotle and its a normal thing for late night Saturdays when we dont want to cook at home. This time my brother was ahead in line so he ordered before me, he got rice, black beans and carnitas and a really generous amount of each as well. Shortly afterwards i told the employee i wanted the same order he got, the employee then proceeded to give me no more than a third of what my brother got, and when i told him to put some more he told me he would charge me extra, which is ridiculous. He later on agreed to putting some more carnita in, but to my surprise, he picked up the smallest most insignificant pebble of carnita from the corner of the container and put it on top of my opened burrito, and then slid it towards the next station. What a joke of consistency regarding food quantity, and the employee is there every single time i have gone and he takes so long. At times he even takes the liberty to stop the order midway to go refill the containers on his coworker’s section, leaving us and the rest of the line just looking at him calmly and slowly refill every halfway container of food before coming back to...

When I picked up my order the entire order was wrong. The tacos were practically empty. I ordered chips and queso and didn't receive the queso. I went back to tell one of the employees working at the takeout station and she said "we have nothing you ordered", when I clearly see other customers placing their order in store with all the items she claimed was not available. So I ask her (the employee at the takeout station) if I can have the items I requested from the other station and she rolled her eyes and snatched the container from my hand. She then proceeds to put the smallest amout of each item in the container (not even in the taco). At this point I could not believe what she was doing and other customers waiting for their food acknowledge the fact that she was being rude to me. She comes back without saying anything and shoves the plate in my hand. I ask her if i can have the queso for my chips (which was also missing). She says that she is out of queso. At this point I'm frustrated with her attitude and asked her to either give me my money back or give me what I paid for. HORRIBLE SERVICE.
