This was probably the worst experience I have had doing a party event. I have use many places and this one was the worst. I planned my daughter 17th Birthday party this past Saturday March 9. I chose the most expensive package which was $1,100 because I was told the bay was going to be reserved two hours prior to my party, I had an open menu and every kid was supposed to get the $5.00 dollar membership. The day of the event we arrived to Topgolf at 6:30 pm my party was at 7:00pm. When we got there were two employees greeting two other parties none for my daughter. When I gave them my name they said to go to the desktop. They told me my bays were ready, we were told we were getting bay 327 and 328. When I got there the only table available was dirty and the floor was full beers. When I got to the Bays given, there was still people eating there and they kicked them out, which I found quite rude. I got upset considering I had 12 teenagers and no a place to seat. I told my husband this was not acceptable when we have been charged about $45 for bait to be reserved two hours before our event. No one in the place knew about my party. When the manager came she was said to me “I can give you some place else but it will take 30 minutes” my question to her was “what do you expect my to do with 12 teenagers for the 45 minutes?” Her response was “have them play pool downstairs.” She was not helpful she actually looked bothered by the fact that I was upset. 20 minutes later, she sent someone to help me move my stuff to second floor. It is already 7:15 when I got there they started cleaning the table and getting a table ready for the cake. By the time the kids started playing it was 7:30. Gabriel, my waiter, informed me that the kids where not getting the $5 membership,resulting in getting ripped off another $60. I would have to say that Gabriel went above and beyond to make the situation a little bit better. By 8:30 he came and told me I have 30 minutes left and then I said but we didn’t start until 7:30 so it should be 9:30. His response was let me talk to Gasper, the manager. At 9:30 they where basically kicking me out. Today, my husband place a call to complain about the bad customer service. I do not appreciate Kyle, the manager, lying about me getting nasty. At no moment did I offend anyone. Yes I complained when they were charging me $1,100 for a two hour event and none of the things that where offered to me in the package were there for me. Kyle was not present and if you look at the cameras, not at one moment moment was I nasty with any of your employees. I will not recommend this place to anyone, the customer service was horrendous. Management should go to training to get customer service right and you should be able to give to your clients everything that is promised on the packages. I don’t want any money back. Read moreA total disappointment. I've been to this place on many occasions until my last two visits. The system they use for reservations is the worst, and on top of all that to have to deal with their local management at Top golf Doral is a real nightmare. The 3 weeks ago I was here for a reservation I made online. Once I arrived to the Doral location, The bay I was given, was a Bay with high chairs, and no one with sofas. It was the first time that I noticed bays with high chairs. I approached the management to ask for a Bay with sofas since an elderly woman with a walker was to join us and would be very difficult for her to sit in such chairs. I was denied my request unless I forfeit the money of my reservation. I was very upset because I had to call my mother and let her know the situation and we decided it was better if she didn't come. I told my wife that it was the last time I would come to top golf Doral. After that I never thought again about returning to this place until today. Today was my wife birthday (January 21th) and our friends made a reservation for this place. I thought that it would be fine and I forgot about our horrible experience of 3 weeks ago. My friend that has been here a couple of times since I introduced him to this place, didn't know and just reserved 1 bay for 12 people. We were told that we had to break the party and 4 people go to seat at the bar. We talk to Mark, one of the supervisors, that by the way is my impression that he really wanted to help us, but unfortunately for us, the main boss (aka Nelson), decided that he was bending backward to help us, just because we decided to make two new reservations and wait our turn to have two bays together. Mark did his part, but unfortunately after waiting for almost 40 minutes, the bays assigned were bay 122 and bay 131. After asking Mark about it, he tried to fix it, but the Big Boss (aka Nelson) decided that they were going to extremes to help us. Bear in mind that we have been consuming up to that point moving all around and waiting for our bays to be ready. Sorry for making this too long but this is the only way I could express my dissatisfaction and that I could help people understand the situation. Today officially is my last attempt to Top Golf Doral. Officially, you guys (Top Golf Doral) are the worst and I wish Mark (excellent employee) the best. The 1 star is because is the least I could choose to be able to give my review and I hope this review will help other people to stay away from this place and this kind of experience.

We had just finished a great night spent with friends after buying 2 hours of play, extending another half hour and spending a total of $400+ dollars. We asked for our check and were filling it out (tip+ signing) when JOHN and PRISCILLA (both managerial staff) told us we had to leave immediately as there was a party waiting for our bay. We had JUST gotten our check and were physically signing so we asked them to give us 5 minutes to which JOHN answered “no, we need you guys out as soon as possible”. We had not even realised we still had a full pitcher of beer left so we then called our waiter over (Andres, great waiter, great service from him) to let him know to please give us 5 minutes to finish our pitcher that we had already paid for as JOHN made his way back to us and again told us we absolutely had to leave. We grabbed our beer and moved to the backside as to let the next party sit down and JOHN approached us again to tell us we couldn’t hang out to the side and had to leave the area altogether. Not only was JOHNS initial approach completely wrong and totally lacking of any customer service knowledge but he was aggressive to the point where it was uncomfortable for our party that as I state before had just spent $400+ dollars at this establishment and had even booked the bay in advance. At this point two of the people in our party asked for the general manager PRISCILLA who was standing right nearby, had been the one to personally come over and extend our time initially and was well aware that our time had JUST expired (we asked for the check while we still had 2 minutes left in the game clock). We made her aware of the situation and Instead of offering an apology/solution after such an uncomfortable and hostile situation created by JOHN, she just brushed us off with a shake of her head and said she would have to have a conversation with JOHN. Absolutely horrible customer service form both JOHN AND PRISCILLA and no respect for peoples money or business. Unfortunate but this experience leaves me no desire to return to this poorly MANAGED establishment. I understand it is hard to find quality employees these days but people such as JOHN and PRISCILLA do not deserve their position as managers and representatives of TopGolfs customer service.
