This is a copy of an email i sent to the management and still waiting for a reply.
I ordered a red Dragon roll from your location at 4715 NW 79th ave, Miami. on March, 1, 2014
After receiving my order I noticed that the tuna on the Ā was cooked all the way with no pink left at all, I tasted it and it was by no means the taste I was used to from ordering in the past(the red dragon roll is pretty much the only thing i order). After having to argue with the store manager, Juan, for approximately 25 minutes (ten of those minutes were spent waiting on hold for him to come to the phone) i had to listen to him tell me that the people from the rental car center are always complaining about the food. He is extremely rude and non empathetic towards my complaint about the taste/quality of the food that was delivered to me. He said to me "this is not the type of place where if you don't like the food you get to send it back" finally after threatening him with me never ordering from your company again and telling him that i will make sure that no one else from my company orders either did he agree to send out another roll and even then he was still insisting that there was nothing wrong with the food sent out to me telling me "no one else complained about the food" (i had to tell Ā him multiple times that if there was nothing wrong i wouldn't be calling him). and even after he agreed to send me the new roll he told me it would take another hour before it would arrive(so i now had to wait approximately 2 hours before i could enjoy me meal.
there are over 50 employees at my particular company that order from you, we order from sushi runner every week, this is the first time I have ever had a negative experience with your company. I think it would behoove you to train your manager about proper ways to handle customer complaints andĀ not to blame me, the customer, for wanting my food to be of the same quality and taste that I have become...

Unbeknownst to me he only gives us 2 of them, though he has a menu in front of his face most likely. I place the order call back 5 minutes later after seeing online they have a vegetable option, refuses to change the order for me says it was already prepared... prepare in 5 minutes right... he must have meant reheated... then says let me go talk to a manager up until this point had only spoken English with the guy, and then I get the special treat of listening to him complain about us in Spanish to his "manager" saying outright lies and making dumb claims such as we had asked the price for everything on the menu etc, all I wanted was the guy to substitute a meat item for a vegetable one. When he came back on the phone I explained that we speak spanish, and if was going to be dumb enough to trash talk a customer he should at least put the phone on HOLD not just place the receiver down... called back trying to speak to a manager they tell me to call and hour later called an hour later they tell me to call back in another hour.
They lost a customer who has been ordering prepandemic for no reason other than to be rude to me...

When I get to my car and headed to highway I started to smell this horrible disgusting smell from the bag so I was forced to open the bag while I was driving and the eel was food is totally not fresh, itās not the eatable food u can tell. I contacted restaurant when I get home and spoke to their acting manger Angie, she wrongfully accused me saying I checked the food when Iām there in front of her which itās not true. I told her she needs to check her security camera footage to prove she s lying. I canāt afford to spend another 40 mins driving in Miami traffic to return the food but if she wanna proof she can come pick it up at my resident. But she refused to remedy the situation. Non-eatable food and accusation? This is outrageous. I should have checked the reviews before I order there cus I would have seeing what other people said on yelp, I wonāt not waste money and time here....
