The service was very personal, they have a good promotion for special rolls of $12 dollars which is very affordable in the Doral area, they only had 3 tables but since they are new it makes sense they do not have more seats. Mauricio, the Chef made suggestions and was very polite explaining the ingredients of the rolls. There was a lady serving us, very kind and patient Glenda. Presentation was very nice and clean. Salmon was torched and felt fresh. Rice was decent quality but plain flavor. The roll amaterasus. Had a nice salmon flavor and had 10 pieces but small pieces.

I ordered the Salmon Nigiri which were $7 for 2 pieces and one of the special rolls that were in promotion for $12 dollars.

For the promotional price the roll was good, I am not sure how much it will be outside of the promotional price. I am going to try it again to see if the rolls are the size due to the ingredients. The service is definitely very good and will give it another try.
