I’ve eaten here multiple times, Chelsea was always our server and she’s great but this time we had a different server. While he was friendly he failed to tell us we were being uncharged for every sauce we ordered (hot sauce, bbq sauce, cheese, tzatziki sauce, and malt vinegar) there was a $1 up charge for each… so now we have an extra $5 onto our lunch bill. I understand the extra charge for cheese & bbq because they were in addition to the honey mustard that came with the meal… but Frank’s red hot & malt vinegar… typically these things are offered free of charge. We thought this was very strange. I didn’t mention to the server that this has never happened to us before because I didn’t want to ruin his day… but to me it honestly seemed like he was fishing for a higher priced check. I understand times are tough and the restaurant seemed to be pretty slow… but cmon now who charges extra for Frank’s red hot and malt vinegar?! Extremely disappointed and we may never return for this reason.
Update: I originally gave two stars but will re-rate and give an extra star as a courtesy of the restaurants response. I didn’t want to put down a family business over their server's mistake, but they should be more aware. The people who work for you need to be good examples of the hard working business. Not mistakenly charging extra for things that...
Read moreFirst I left a review about my first experience and the owner didn't like it. I think he didn't realize on his reply he put I was here most of the day. When I went it was a few months before that. I dropped off a letter in the mailbox of the place telling him that the information on his reply was unknowingly not true and asked his to adjust the reply. It was still up and not changed so I'm rewriting my review to how he didn't edit his reply and now I reported him to the BBB. When someone writes a review and the owner replies on a certain date thinking it was that day or the day before that's a common mistake. However when a letter is dropped off at the place(in this case the mailbox of the place) And was told the information on when he checked or claimed he was there was the wrong date and didn't check to confirm I was a customer and fix the reply that they now know was false is bad service. I wasn't looking for money or free food, just left my honest opinion. Now I dropped the service star to a one, however the atmosphere will stay a 4 because I thought the inside...
Read more(NO STARS!) Awful GYRO Pork Slavaki!, And Poor Mgt Customer service! I had a taste of my dad's Gyro and I was spitting out HUNKS OF FAT! Waitress said its normal. (dad a humble 100yr old WWII Vet, spit 1/2 his Gyro meat out as it was pure FAT!) He told me afterwards it wasn't good and lets not come back here. I ask the Mgr to comp him a normal Gyro and Mgr he was extremely argumentive like I was stealing from the place, (Resistant to please the customer). .......Dont waste your time & $$ here (maybe why place was empty on a Saturday) unless you need to drink booze & watch sports, GOTO Arbys instead for same QA Gyro. HIGHLY recommend Southside Gyro or SALEMS in Strip for way SUPERIOR leaner meat & Friendlier Service! We always entertained large family parties here but will never return. And don't argue with the MR RIGHT MGT, it will only aggravate your dining...
