Arby's — Restaurant in Dothan

It seems every time I order from here it's the same guy working by coincidence. I do not know his name, but he has black hair, wears glasses, and is kinda lanky. He always has a rude attitude. You can tell he doesn't want to be there, and doesn't care. Tonight, I put my order in through the drive-thru. As I'm explaining the special instructions for one sandwich, he cuts me off to ask if I wanted to make it a meal. Buddy, I wasn't done talking. Don't be rude. He told me to pull up after I finished ordering, so I did. After a few minutes, he brought my order out and said, "Here's your food. Happy New Year" in an unpleasant tone. An hour later, I get home and start unpacking the bag. Both sleeves of fries are turned upside down in the bag, I asked for Arby's sauce, but received horsey sauce, and my wrap was thrown together. Only reason I ever come to this location is because it is on my way home and my husband wanted a beef and cheddar. I know I gave the guy a bit of an attitude, but I don't think he should be in the customer service industry let alone the restaurant industry. If you're that unhappy where you work, go work...

I spent almost $40 on 3 meals at this place, two of which were French dip combos. I live an hour away. It was a long day/night for me and I had a car full of people and was ready to get home, so I foolishly didn’t check the bag. Now I’m home and guess what I have? Two dry sandwiches and no au jus sauce to dip either of them in. Do you know how much I was looking forward to eating this? I’ve been thinking about it since this morning, didn’t eat anything else bc I wanted to really enjoy this sandwich. I’m probably way madder about this than I should be, but I hate you. I am never going to that place again. Oh, and just so you know, the kid at the window is telling everyone the truth about your microwave steak nuggets being tough garbage. 08-09-23 I really couldn't tell you how good the food was because I was to much of a inconvenience to whoever worked at this location on the drive threw microphone. They Smacked there lips and cuss when I drive away because I ask them to change the freaking bun out with no onions on the bun for my wife which we are over at flower with our 2 week old baby in NICU it really shows "yalls" true colors on how your employees acted tonight, IGNORANCE. If that was me acting and talking any such way i would be fired and im going to do my best to take that emploeyes job. Iknowwhatyoudrive I'll take my hard earn money next door to sonic which let me say was my best experience In fast food I'd recommend yall to go a little further and go to the sonic 5 buildings down.
