It's been about 6 months since visiting this location. Unfortunately, 6 months ago, there were other issues I encountered. I decided to stop today for a quick bite inside, rather than drive-thru. It was a little after 1pm CST. There were several guests inside. The guy up front quickly took my order and verified that I had everything when my food was ready. I ordered a #1 with no tomato, small combo, with a sweet tea. I decided to sit in the back. After sitting down, I noticed it was rather warm. I just happened to look up and see a thermostat next to where I was sitting. Would you believe the room temp was 80 degrees, with a setpoint of 82. Really? I even heard some of the customers saying how hot they were. I really couldn't even enjoy my meal. This is south Alabama, not Alaska; not to mention, this is how germs spread!!! Aside from that, the sweet tea was nasty. It looked like water with brown food coloring, and it was so sweet, it was literally disgusting. I feel sorry for the guy who ordered after me. He had a sweet tea to go. I took the tea to the front counter where the guy and two other employees were standing. I think one lady was the manager. I shared with them my concern regarding the tea. The manager just looked at me and said, "Oh, okay." Never did she say, "Sir, I'm sorry. Let me check it out for you or can I get you another drink?" She and the other two employees just looked at me like I was an idiot. Nevertheless, I poured it out at the drink machine and got a fountain drink. This is why I rarely visit fast food restaurants, except for Chick-fil-A (would never happen there). Most of the employees are lazy or don't care and have no social skills. I'm not a judgmental person and will do almost anything for anyone. Anyhow, another disappointing experience at BK. I have relatives in Enterprise and unfortunately, they have told me similar stories about that location. I will take my $11 to Chick-fil-A and enjoy a positive dining experience. Read moreYesterday I experienced the absolute worst customer service I have ever experienced anywhere at this particular Burger King location. I visited the drive through at approximately 9:30 pm on the night of Friday, April 14th. I pulled up to the ordering board. After sitting there for a few minutes without being acknowledged I finally say, "Hello?". The woman working at the window shouts in a very rude, hateful tone of voice, "Just a minute!".
Then about 15 seconds later she says in an equally hateful tone, "Go ahead!". So I begin ordering. As soon as I begin speaking she interrupts me in a hateful voice and says, "Hello!! Go ahead!". I explain to her that I am trying to give her my order. One of the items I ordered was a Oreo milkshake. She then interrupts me again in a rude tone of voice and says, "We don't have Oreo milkshakes! In fact, we don't have any milkshakes at all!".
At this point I had had enough. I work hard for my money and I always treat others with respect. I will not put up with being treated this way. So I decided to drive off and head to a restaurant where they know how to treat people properly. As I was leaving the drive through lane I saw her chatting with an obvious friend at the pick up window. She was giving me a hateful stare as if she wanted to fight me.

Read moreI just ordered 2 meals with ham, egg, cheese, bacon croissant, 2 coffees/4 sugars and 4 creams for each coffee, 2 orange juices and French toast. I got instead 1 coffee and asked them to give the 2nd. coffe and she said I couldn't get a second coffee on 2 for 4 dollars and I said I didn't order 2 for 4, I ordered 2 meals. I didn't even know about this special. Even so, I ordered a 2 coffees I should get 2 coffees no matter what! She seemed bothered by me asking for the second coffee. Then I asked for sugar and cream and same attitude from her. A young man was trying everything he could to help. I thank him, and I said have a good day. When I got home I got biscuits instead of croissant with no cheese and no syrup for my French toast. They were not busy at all! Parking lot pretty much empty. No one in front of of me, 2 behind me waiting. Please check every order!!! Check and make sure you got everything you ordered!!! If you didn't get what you ordered, don't mind asking and don't mind if employees are being rude or showing an attitude for doing so! You are paying for this service and is your right!
