Horrible. This place of business shouldn't be allowed to operate here , The employes do not know what customer service is about. They are very rude and impatient with the customers . We come in to this place of business because we come to buy their product . If you ask for help and information about what they have they get a very bad attitude with you for asking for their help in your selection . They either need to hire some component customer service employees or just eventually expect to loose business this is a very bad business for customer relations I don't care if your pastries are good , that dosent mean s person is going to keep on coming in the business and purchasing , if there isn't good customer service then eventually you are going to loose business ,and if you continue to loose businesd you close . Their pastries aren't good enough for me to go back I'm and put up with such nasty behavior , I pray others see this , that have been dissatisfied and comment as well that's the only way things might change.i don't care how long this business has had its doors open .they can close quickly with the attitude of their employees. Purchased cupcakes and brownies for our Son's rehearsal dinner and we are very disappointed. The cupcakes were mini and they look like they were decorated by a child. The brownies were half the size a brownie should be and they never said they had nuts or advertised it either. I understand that some of their offerings are good but that will not sustain a business in the end. The customer service was horrible and the prices are ridiculous for what you receive. Not one person greeted us or even smiled. This place is not on par with other specialty bakeries. Publix offerings are much better in quality and service. I can't wait for Publix to open. If you want a dozen donuts they have to be of the same kind to get the dozen price, how ludicrous no other bakeries do this unless you want a higher priced item in your dozen. Do not accept this service or quality. Time was of the essence and we had no more time from the time we picked up our order. I walked in, noone greeted us. We walked to the counter. 3 people walked in after us. One woman was waiting and finishing up with a woman the other woman was helping a mother and daughter. We stood there for about 6 to 8 minutes then the woman was done with her customer. She walked to the other side of the counter and asked the 3 women that came in after us if she could help them they did not answer. I held my hand up and said we are ready and we're here waiting for awhile. She looked at me looked away and them asked the 3 women again if she could help them. Was in there for approximately 15 mins and noone spoke to us at all or even attempted to help us. No customer service skills at all. There were 2 woman up front doing absolutely nothing but talking with eachother. We walked out.
