So let's start with the fact that I ordered 2 smoothies and 1 bowl. Somehow they make my bowl in about 5 minutes from when I make the order. Then another 5 minutes and 1 smoothie comes out. Then it gets interesting, they proceed to make 5 other customers orders instead of my last smoothie and when I ask about what's going on with my drink , I get ignored multiple times by all of the staff working. They continue making drive through orders until I raise my voice and ask where the heck my last drink is and why my bowl is completely thawing out. It takes another 13 minutes to finally get my drink and the staff flat out refuses to respond or give me their managements contact info. Synia or however you spell it is extremely rude even when ordering while I am mid sentence telling her my order after taking my girlfriend's order she tells me to stop and starts doing other things and ignoring us. We get smoothie king 2-3 times a week at this location and I have no idea where this staff came from but this is unacceptable. Will never tip up front at this location again since they can't even talk to the customer or make an order in a decent time. I pulled up to the drive-thru just before 8:29 PM. After the automated system prompt, I clearly stated my order. I sat there for a significant amount of time with no response whatsoever. I repeated "Hello?" multiple times, but there was still silence.
I could see two employees inside—young ladies with headsets on—so they should have been able to hear me. When I pulled up to the window, no one ever came to assist me.
I drove around and even called the store's phone number, which also went unanswered. Yet, I could clearly observe the two employees inside, fully engaged in a personal conversation with a young male, laughing and talking, completely ignoring the customers waiting in the drive-thru.

Oh yeah, it's very poor lighting around the drive-thru area. While I was waiting for someone to answer, a man came out of nowhere, very close to my car walking with his hand in his pockets, looking backward at me. It's not safe at night, get better lighting.
