you know-- I remember when the peach drink used to be really BRIGHT VIBRANT ORANGE and had a really good taste. Now, it's watered down to a nasty, un-appealing dull orange almost like they're just using the leftover residue to make a fresh batch and taste is not nearly as 'defined' as it used to be. The wings used to be bigger and WORTH the money that was charged. Now, the wings are a LOT smaller and you're literally paying $1.00 per wing. They used to give a good amount of fries and now they're getting a little skimpy with the amount you get and they're coming out more 'burned' around the edges. The tea used to be served to you nice and cold because it used to be REFRIGERATED. Now, they have it sitting on the counter and it tastes CURDLED because it IS ------ due to NOT BEING REFRIGERATED. The sauce on the wings is just about non-existent, no doubt because they're trying to get you to pay EXTRA for MORE sauce which is what you should be getting anyway . Because, let's face it, you're already PAYING A LOT HERE for what you get. The increase in price did not give us any MORE in terms of portion size and in fact, gave us LESS portions and tinier wings with hardly any sauce. Having significantly sauced wings is what you SHOULD expect when prices increase and portions get smaller.

I'm on the search for another wing...

This has got to be the smallest wings I have ever seen in my life! The picture makes it look bigger. Not to mention I asked for wet, not saturated! I had more sauce than I had wings!!!! And they gave me two mini square for celery as if they cut the usually half in half! Vegetable fried fried barely had vegetables and I can tell my brother was cut extremely widdle in it. My steak Philly had no flavor at all and the bread tasted soggy. I paid for 3 combos for a total of 39.43 and for that price I am a little irritated that my wings look like squirrel legs! Won’t be buying from here again. I would recommend J BAuffalo WINGS instead of J Buffalo HOUSE. I feel like it’s a play on names because J Buffalo WINGS never disappoint me in this way and the worse part is when I told the lady they looked extremely small when she was showing me the plates, she refused to accommodate or fix my order. She just kept saying “they all look like that so” and shrugged her shoulders. Won’t eat here again....

Speaking to the 12 piece boneless wings combo only. Wings were terrible, in spite of adding a dipping sauce and seasoning them with salt and pepper. The meat was severely overcooked resulting in toughness. I also upgraded to fried rice with egg for additional charge. I was expecting a good flavor, however , the rice seemed stale aside from the fresh cooked egg, rice was also missing the pees and carrots. I tried to make the food somewhat satisfying but was unsuccessful. So I went nicely and told the young lady about my concerns to which she listened. I told her that I was not wanting a refund or a replacement but just wanted to provide some feedback as to the overall quality of the entree and experience. I had been to the same location a few months back and it was a night and day difference now. I have been to multiple locations around the metro area and this was my worst experience on food and...
