I got my order in a timely manner but here’s my problem … my buffalo chicken wedgie was missing the tomatoes so I called in and the employee passed the phone to the manager. The manger says the best he can do is send some tomatoes in 10 minutes. Never did he apologize for the inconvenience which is the professional thing to do. The driver finally arrived 30 minutes later and I said to tell the manager I was really disappointed that he didn’t follow through with sending food within 10 minutes as he said because I now have a cold sandwich. The driver’s response was not I apologize for the inconvenience but rather he said “what do you want me to do I’m the only driver. Well I gotta go. Bye.” A professional place of business would offer to remake the sandwich. I was happy to give back the other one. We pay extra for delivery and tip on top of that so I would expect professional courtesy and good food. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. They have now lost my business.
