Fox's Pizza Den — Restaurant in Dover Township

I got my order in a timely manner but here’s my problem … my buffalo chicken wedgie was missing the tomatoes so I called in and the employee passed the phone to the manager. The manger says the best he can do is send some tomatoes in 10 minutes. Never did he apologize for the inconvenience which is the professional thing to do. The driver finally arrived 30 minutes later and I said to tell the manager I was really disappointed that he didn’t follow through with sending food within 10 minutes as he said because I now have a cold sandwich. The driver’s response was not I apologize for the inconvenience but rather he said “what do you want me to do I’m the only driver. Well I gotta go. Bye.” A professional place of business would offer to remake the sandwich. I was happy to give back the other one. We pay extra for delivery and tip on top of that so I would expect professional courtesy and good food. Extremely unprofessional and very disappointing. They have now lost...

Let me start by saying, I have a pizza place down the street from me. They have pretty good food/pizza. HOWEVER.. I would much rather (and I do every time ) go a bit further down the way for Fox’s , and here’s why. I have NEVER spoken with anyone there (or their drivers ) that hasn’t been anything less than wonderful. My order has been correct every time except once...and when I called (it was a delivery) they rushed the correct item right over, on a weekend! They’re delivery is quick/reasonable (if on a weekend when they’re obviously slammed) and my food is always hot/very warm when it gets to me. The prices are fair , the quantity and quality of food is good. I have been ordering from fox’s for years , and I don’t plan on changing that any time soon. Order a white pizza with onions , got a cheese pizza with onions . did realize it till it was taken home and sliced were eaten . I called and they were going to deliver a new pizza , okay . they wanted the old pizza I explained some was eaten well I got a nasty attitude because I couldn't give the whole pizza back . so he said there's nothing I can do , I've never eaten anywhere where they wouldn't fix their mistake and charge you more for something you did order . at the end of the day you made the mistake , you need to fix it .
