1MTN could not have been a better hangover cure after attending our friend's wedding. They sat 8 of us without a reservation immediately on a Sunday morning at 10:30 AM (6/8/25). Staff was so super kind and welcoming and attentive to our large group, and I was shocked with how not-ignored we were and how quickly the food came out. I had a cajun skillet special which was EPIC and such a great balance of spice and salt. Something I appreciate about this place is that they don’t give you a portion made for a giant, but you still get enough to feel full without feeling gross. Terrific new restaurant in Dover! If you find yourself in the Dover, VT area, 1 Mtn located at the previous Dot's of Dover is a must-visit! From the moment you walk in, the welcoming atmosphere and friendly staff make you feel right at home. Barbara was particularly hospitable in seating us and making sure our food came out efficiently. The menu is filled with delicious, hearty options perfect for breakfast or lunch. I highly recommend the French Toast Bites Hungryman and the Belgian Waffle— all packed with flavor and a perfect way to start the day! So glad they are here in town! I’ll be coming back...

While on my yearly trip to Vermont I had the opportunity to eat here for breakfast. Parking was plenty and we were seated immediately by a very nice hostess. There was no hesitation to seat 4 people. Now, We were able to put drinks in as soon as we sat and they came out very fast. Would Highly recommend the Hot Chocolate. We all ordered a variety of breakfast foods and let me tell you they came out perfectly. The Biscuits and Gravy are some of the best I've ever had.
