The beef brisket was good. It had both a juicy part (which I liked) and a low free part which resembled boiled meat which I didn’t like as much but it went well with the sauce. Pork ribs were pretty solid. They didn’t fall off the bone and were not ultra tender but still were above average. Slaw as a side was nice, the mac and cheese was really great, among the best I’ve tried. The potato chips were fine but nothing extraordinary. They also served corn muffins with the meat and they were pretty nice too. Overall it’s a borderline 5 star experience given fairly high prices - not top notch but good enough and the portions are definitely very generous. Maybe a smarter way to order is just ordering one tray for 2 people and adding some more meat instead of ordering two trays. I wouldn’t go there deliberately if the drive takes more than 20 mins but if you are around, it’s a good smoke...
Read moreWonderful meal. Right amount of smoke and a variety of tasty sauces served on the side. Simple, cozy setting. Very friendly bartender/server. Meat cooking in a smoker in the parking lot. We had brisket, a 1/4 rack of ribs, ember salad, and a brisket chili, which was wonderful. Even the homemade pickle slices were great. Lots of food for a reasonable price. I did not leave hungry or dissatisfied. It's a gem, and you will be amply rewarded for supporting a new business with some of the best BBQ you've ever had. So good, it inspired me to write my very first review. Added note. I have made 6+ attempts to amend my review to show 5 stars for food, service, and atmosphere, but after each attempt, my review keeps showing 0 stars for each category. So ignore that part of my review. Either Google or I are experiencing some...

That “shortly” felt like an eternity but turned out to be just 10 minutes.
We were immediately served a box with several types of sauces, which was both fun and engaging. I’ve had better ribs elsewhere, but these were decent enough. They came with fries, coleslaw, and pickles.
The salmon, on the other hand, was perfect — served with chimichurri sauce and mashed potatoes. The Caesar salad was a creative option, with fresh, crispy leaves, Parmesan chips, and a well-made dressing.
The beer selection was standard, while the Lipton tea arrived lukewarm. The service was diligent and attentive...
