Tim, the owner of Vermont Geeks, is AMAZING!! He is AMAZING because of a lot of reasons. I have known Tim on a professional level for years so therefore I am in a good position to really know him, know how he runs his business, and to let you know what I have discovered.

First, he is someone who has a tremendous amount of knowledge about anything computer related. MAC, PC, networking, you name it - he knows it. And when I say he knows it, I'm saying that he really knows it, not just on a superficial level but on an in-depth level. It's amazing how much knowledge he really does have!

Second, he is always available to help us. I know he must have a lot of clients but somehow, he helps all of them just as much as he helps us. I'm not sure when he has the time to sleep or even if he does sleep. Somehow, he is able to help many people every day. Perhaps he should give lessons on time management skills.

Third, he is friendly and is easy to talk with. I feel as though I can connect with him. He never gets upset. He never gets frustrated at me (even when I make the same stupid mistake over and over again). When my mother (who is in her 70s) calls him and asks for help, he is very patient with her.

I am sure there is much more I could say about Tim and how well he runs his business, but I think you get the idea. The community is very lucky to have someone like Tim who is gifted with all of the above attributes and more. I stopped in to see if they had a power cord for a baby monitor. We were on vacation from out of state and my niece forgot her cord at home. The owner knew he had nothing new to replace it with but spent about 20 minutes going through boxes of cords he had accumulated trying to match the specs of the baby monitor to a power cord. He eventually found one that he sold me for next to nothing.
