This is my first time ever writing a review, but after my experience today, I felt it was important to speak up. While going through the drive-thru with my family, I began placing our order. As I relayed what my son and daughter wanted, the employee interrupted with a sarcastic and impatient tone, asking, “How many donuts do you want?” Her sudden shift in tone caught us all off guard. It was not just what was said but how it was said. She continued by explaining that 12 is a dozen and 6 is a half dozen, in a way that felt demeaning, as if I didn’t know how to count. If she had simply said, “Sir, based on how many donuts you’re ordering, you might want to consider a dozen or half dozen,” it would have been fine. The entire interaction felt unnecessarily rude and dismissive. I will not be returning to this location. I would rather take the extra drive to Camden or Dover than be treated that way again. This is the only Dunkin I have that issue with. Stop throwing it away and just put it with the order, like all the rest do AND stop having an attitude when someone asks for the receipt YOU threw away for no reason.
