I never usually post reviews, but the service at this location was the worst I have seen (and I used to frequent there often and dealt with the long waits that were never less than 15, 20 mins for a single coffee order). Well, today I was in line (and they have a very weird drive through line up because of their location) and me and 6 other cars were cut off by a women and four other people in her car who had quite a large order. I tried notifying the cashier that the sign they used to have wasn't there for their new traffic pattern anymore and the women in front of us cut off all of these other people who had already been waiting 20 mins (literally, it was 20 mins in line before I could even make my order and that was with 4 cars ahead of us (5 including the woman who cut a ton of us off) and the cashier disregarded me completely. Said there isn't anything they can do about it and I said I understand the traffic pattern is different but not having a sign like they used to leads to the situation I described and they may need a new one because the other one was in pieces on the ground. I again was ignored, and at this point 40+ minutes into my wait in line, and was handed a cold sandwich and a coffee that was mediocre. I am a very patient and kind person who never speaks up about these things but after many occurrences like this, I have to advise anyone who doesn't want to waste 40 minutes of their Saturday morning in line for bad service and not-worth-the-wait food, to find any other coffee shop in the area, I guarantee you will have better luck. If you do prefer Starbucks, I recommend the one in Rochester. They are friendly, prompt, and considerate of their customers and I have never had any...
Read moreWent through the drive thru on 4/6 at 6:17pm and had a less than great experience. I ordered a frapp with extra whip cream. I watched the person making the drink add the whip cream and hand the drink to the girl Working the window. I then see the girl working the window grab my drink and BLOW OFF the excess whip cream coming out of the top. I was disgusted as anyone would be to see this happening. I asked for the drink to be remade and told the girl I saw you blow off the whip cream on my drink please can I have another one made. I didn’t get any “I’m sorry for doing that” or “i think you might have misunderstood the situation” or any excuse as to why she did that, but I got nothing. when it came time to hand me my new drink, she had the person making the drinks hand it to me not herself, I’m assuming she knew what she did was extremely wrong. Even after having a new drink made I didn’t even want to drink that one as I was so disgusted , that would be completely unacceptable pre-Covid, and even more Unacceptable post Covid when this has been one of the worst cold and flu seasons we’ve had in a while. I don’t know what possessed this girl to blow on, near, around someone’s beverage that they are going to consume, but that is absolutely not OK. I will never be coming back to this Starbucks, as I do not feel comfortable drinking anything made by the employees...
Read moreI moved to the area in December and just realized that there is a Starbucks location nearby a couple weeks ago. Today I stopped by the drive thru after placing a mobile order on the way home from work. When I pulled up to the speaker, there was nobody in line. I stated that I was picking up a mobile order. The woman at the speaker asked how long ago I placed the order, to which I replied, I wasn’t sure as I placed it while I was still on the highway. After asking if I had food in my order, she told me to pull up to the window. I waited a few minutes and then the woman handed me my order. Just as I was about to pull off she snidely commented next time we recommend to wait at least 10 minutes before picking up your order. I thought this comment was so rude and unnecessary. I’ve been ordering on mobile apps since my son was born because sometimes it’s almost impossible to order at the speaker if he’s having a fit. I had to ask her, what would be the difference if I ordered at the speaker versus ordering on the mobile app? You would still have the same amount of time to get my order ready even if I had just placed it before getting in line. I’ll never understand that logic. In my eyes, I saved drive thru time by skipping the ordering process. I won’t be...
