I ordered mobile from here on my lunch break got back to work and they made all three subs wrong like completely wrong one of they only had 4 things on them and they all had onions and peppers and sauces we didn’t add. We came back to get the right subs the guy making them was very nice and apologetic. Read moreAs Subways go this one isn't modern and is oddly laid out but the employees make up for any inconvenience. The other Dover Subway is very good but this one is just a little nicer. The employees in the morning, I typically go between 10 and 11am, are fast and personable. The only challenge is that something always seems to be broken at this location. The store didn't have heat for weeks this winter, their soft drink dispenser had been leaking and nonoperational for months, and their roster over was broken this week. We get back to subway and the employees are sighing and speaking amongst themselves for how “annoying” it was to have to remake them, mind you, none of them were close to correct. The manager named “Stacy” then stands up and talks to her employees then asks us what happened to the old ones after one employee told us to throw the old ones out because they couldn’t take them back, proceeds to yell at us asking what we did with the old ones.
