Dover, Ohio Drive thru at 930pm, Ordered meals: #1 single and #4, fries were cold, the single burger was raw in the inside, the classic chicken was over cooked and dry, very unhappy with the meals. Called the store asking for a refund, they refused refund saying they were not allowed to give refunds only replace. Hard to have an appetite for another burger when the first was raw. Wendys used to be our favorite place. It fell in our favor due to high cost. Tonight we said we hadn't ate at wendys for a while let's try. 1 STAR IS GIVING ALOT. EVERYTHING IN THE POP MACHINE EITHER HAD NO FLAVOR OR WAS OUT ASKED FOR SPRITE FROM MACHINE BEHIND COUNTER IT WAS NASTY AS WELL. GOT A DAVES DOUBLE GOT A FEW BITES IN THINKING IT TASTED FUNNY LOOKED AT IT THIS THING WAS FREAKING MOOING AT ME BRIGHT RED STILL RAW. THEY DID OFFER ME ANOTHER ONE THOUGH HAHAHAHA. WENT IN THE TRASH THE HEALTH DEPARTMENT NEEDS TO LOOK INTO THIS PLACE MY WHOLE FAMILY ENDED UP WITH FOOD POISENING THANK YOU WENDYS FOR FEEDING ME RAW MEAT AND OFFERING ME ANOTHER SANDWICH LOL. They had one car in the drive thru when I arrived. Order taker wasn't paying attention. Did t give a total at the speaker.
•dropped my card on me between the building and the car when he was lazily handing it back.
•waited 10 minutes or more for chicken nuggets and cold fries.
• manager/shift lead who handed food was rude and didn't check the order.
•manager gave me the wrong order anyway. Still bad food.
