Yesterday 1/22/17 my wife called and ordered for pick up at 3:44 and was told the order would be ready in 30 to 40 minutes. Got there after 45 minutes and cashier asked for the name under order told him it was under Lorena. The total was over $25 so I gave him a $50 Bill I was told they don't accept bills over $20 I asked him to see the manager since it was not posted. Manager told me the same thing but said she would accept it this time. They gave me my change. My order was not ready after 50 minutes now. I asked the guy to get order he looked around and never came back. Asked another employee, he went to look and came back saying he couldn't locate it he then went to ask the manager who was very uncooperative. The manager said it would take another 30 to 40 minutes. I got upset and asked for my money back. I asked the manager why her employees are saying order in 30 to 40 minutes if its not true. After being a loyal customer for over 10 years I will not order from this store again! Manager did not have good managerial skills. Also have to mention they gave me my $50 dollar bill plus the original change they gave me, I could have walked away but I was honest enough to return the change back to them. Read moreNever have I seen a more disorganized staff, I've ordered from here a few times and there's always something going on with their system or they say they're closed even though it's still business hours. I'm not putting this on the staff but more on management, the only reason I'm still ordering from this location was due to convenience but based on my last visit that is no longer the case, this really should be a 1 star but the food is still good which was another reason I would go to this location however I think I'm better of going elsewhere and I would encourage anyone else to go elsewhere as well until they figure out their management situation. So just to be clear everything is fine it's just that the customer experience is terrible and you're there waiting for your food for about 30mins after they said it was already done but you can't even pay for it because the system is down and none of the staff knowing how to handle the situation. Read moreI placed my computer order (Order #: 1197579) at 4:25 p.m. and headed to the store for a pick up. I arrived early, as my pizza would require 18 minutes. At around 4:53 per the electronic screen showing pizza status my order was ready...I asked for it and was told its coming...At 5:05 I asked again for my pizza and was told it is coming and I said the display said it’s done. At 5:10, I said I have to go where is my pizza. Its coming...At 5:17 I asked for my pizza again and told its coming... I said I do not have all night and as I placed the order via computer how do I get a refund, the register person at least was able to get me a refund that I should see in about "two" days..
