I visited your store recently and had the need to use the restroom. When I asked for the door code, I was told by a young lady with a headset and short hair that I had to purchase something in order to receive the code. I explained that I had already made a purchase and that I am a frequent customer who spends a considerable amount on Starbucks drinks daily. Her response, however, was that I would need to make a purchase each day in order to access the restroom. Her tone and attitude was uncalled for.

They all used the restroom without being questioned, and the barista didn’t say a word to them. They even got cups of water to go without buying anything. Watching that made me feel uncomfortable and HURT I didn’t feel like confronting the barista. Never again going back to that...
