Pescadores — Restaurant in Pico Rivera

To begin with i visit several Pescador locations and this 1 got a B rating never seen that before ! I enjoyed coming weekly ! Their so called lunchn specials were more expensive than in the other Pescador but still this was more convenient ! On a certain day of the week Steak n shrimp was 1/2 off and theres a good reason younwere onlynserved 1/2 a steak and thenshrimp tiny not the typical !Except i ordered the day after the Special and got served 1/2 fr full price i know the difference have been eating at Pescador fr 30yrs! Recently they had new cooks and enchilada was served with no sauce and ceviche wich use to be good was horrible so i stopped going ! Long time customer...but the AC does not work turns out this is the first "El Pescador that the AC does not work! To the Old or New management first thing to upgrade is air quality we consume enough for you to purchase at the least a stand fan to cool the dining area..."Go to Montbello location they have AC DO NOT come here in the summer...staff are great but its a HOT BOX! We only come because its close....but changing location to Montebello is the place to be!! New or Old owner/management loyal customers keep your business going this is not acceptable!! Had to open the main door to let cool air come in!! 😡😡😡 It cost $15 to put a fan from Walmart...understand your clientale you will gain customers STOP...

I ordered menudo but couldn't eat it. The meat was not cleaned and smelled like uncleaned menudo. The waitress served every one at my table and did not offer me any other options. So I got to watch every one eat. My neice ordered corn dogs which were microwaved and over cooked. My boyfriend ordered 7 mares which I have to say was good. The waitress passed me several times and never asked how anything was. So I didn't eat. The service is what really good me upset. Obviously you can't please everyone.
