Subway — Restaurant in Downey

So I visited this subway on June 5, 2021 and left very upset, with no food. I walk in and there is a customer being helped by one person, while the other person was taking care of an online order. When the guy finished with the customer before me he washed hots hands, put on new gloves and started putting jalapenos on some loaves of bread. I waited to see if he would even acknowledge me... and he didn't. I stood there another minute, no one said anything to me. I walked out, but my husband was concerned because I didn't have my sandwich. I said they never looked at me, nor did they explain why putting those jalapenos on that unbaked bread at that moment was more important than helping me while standing right there. He gave some choice words and we left. UNACCEPTABLE TO SAY THE LEAST. It shows that providing support to African American's is still a hard task for some to accomplish without showing...

Had a horrible experience. First, when I got there my sandwich order was not right, and I ordered online, they didn't follow the special instructions, was given the excuse they were too busy, there was literally no one in there. Then, the girl in charge gave me attitude because I wanted her to fix what was wrong that I could see, I asked for it quartered and wrapped individually. She had to do it twice because once again she didn't follow simple instructions. Get home and go to eat my sandwich, and they had messed up the inside as well. And instead of a cold cut combo I got ham and they decided to add on extras that I didn't want in my sandwich like pickles and jalapenos.. If there was a 0 star option I would I would give this subway a 0. My mom went in and ordered 3 Turkey Italian Melts, and they failed to put both salami and pepperoni they insisted that's how they make them she didn't know any better because it was her first time ordering those. And I know for sure that's not how they are because I always order a Turkey Italian Melt, and it has Turkey salami and pepperoni, and last to completely mess up my order they messed up one of the breads how hard is your job not to make the correct sandwich I will definitely never go back to...
