Checked out this spot for the first time and asked how to order and what was the best vegan seller and was treated with a lost disrespectful way of expression of what do you mean? As if I was supposed to know how to order as a first time customer looked passed it and followed thru after figuring out what options and how to order on my own .. tried 6pcs with agave sauce and Oreo Crumble and chopped strawberries order was ready in seconds with an old batch that I thought was going to be amazing it was not freshly made and I was completely unsatisfied.. I decided to go the next day to give it another try this time it was different staff so I thought maybe it will be a Great experience this time so I ordered the same thing once again with the unprofessional customer service .. I then went a 3rd time and this time it was the worst with employees on their personal cellphone hanging out and not washing their hands or washing strawberries and not welcoming and explaining anything about what vegan ice cream or other recommendations .. I think this Bussines can have Great Tasting Food But the staff working at the Lakewood Blvd Location in the City of Downey are Completely unprofessional and Offer you nothing but the worst...

Last Sunday after I had dinner at Pita gr., I went to Louks Greek Baby Donuts. Among several items I purchased was a can of Nescafé Frappe coffee. When I came home I realized that the can was opened and used ( half empty). I paid $13 plus tax for the can of coffee. I called the store the same evening. I spoke to Sam who served us. He took my name and phone number to convey the message and mistake to the owner. No response. The next day I called the place again. I spoke to a lady (she said she is not authorized to give her name) and she promised she would talk to the owner. No one called me back. I also called Pita gr two times to speak to the owner (same owner). Instead, I spoke to Gina. Today i spoke twice to Sarah. My assumption by now is that either the above people never gave the message to the owner or if they did, the owner chose to ignore. Unfortunately I live in Redondo Beach (40 min drive) and it’s not feasible to just return to the store. Greatly disappointed. …………….over a week later (from original purchase) and still no credit back to my credit card for the opened and half empty/used can of Nescafé Frappe coffee as stated in the store reply (despite other credits from other stores appearing on...

Louks Greek Baby Donuts is an absolute gem. From the moment I walked in, the atmosphere was warm and inviting. I was helped by Hanna, who was not only incredibly friendly but also very knowledgeable about the menu. She made the whole experience feel personal and welcoming. You can really tell she enjoys what she does.

The menu is impressively extensive, offering so many fun and unique options. I was especially impressed by their lattes. The flavors are unlike anything you would find at a typical cafe, and the customizable foam art was such a fun and thoughtful touch.

Now let’s talk about the donuts. Wow! I ordered the nine piece box with half Oreo and half churro flavor and they were absolutely delicious. Each one was warm, fresh, and packed with flavor. I could have easily eaten more.
