The lady was not helpful. She was on her phone mostly and makes customers wait. She did not put extra effort in helping to solve a problem about forgotten pin. It felt like she was only helpful to spanish speaking clients. I am asian and i felt not so welcomed. She seemed like she did not care that i forgot my pin and made me feel there is no solution to the problem even after speaking to the 611 representative. The manager Angelica is unprofessional and is not manager material if that's what her position that she says she is. I will never go back there. I left without my new devices because she made an error and didn't admit to it which when I called her out on it was embarrassed and was going ti left me leave being shorted on my card because the money wasn't returned to my card.
