I have to say the service we got here was great, although she wasn't very knowledgeable of the different brews they offered. The food was tolerable, I had the falafel and cucumber sauce. The sauce lacked flavor. The bar area was clean which made for a pleasant stay, but the bathroom...oh my! I went to dry my hands and turn to see this thing in the picture. I never saw one before and I for sure wasn't about to touch it. I wasnt willing to contract any new age cold/disease, just nasty!!! I'd opt for a high powered blower. I won't go back in and i dont think I'd recommend it to anyone for the money we spent...

Phenomenal burger... super fresh, succulent ingredients all brought together by an amazing “pub sauce”. Relaxing quaint atmosphere in an old town setting. Pretty part of town to walk too. Great selection of beer. The happy hour drink menu was a bit over complicated, printed on an old torn piece of paper. It required an if/and logic disclaimer in order to read it. I wouldn’t ding a star for it.. just weird to me.

Friends and I had a few different pizzas and beers while sitting at the bar. Bresaola (7/10), mushroom (6/10), Margarita (6/10). Torta del nonna dessert (4/10), save the $10 pm dessert.

I volunteered to hang ribbons for Paint The Town Teal (Ovarian Cancer Awareness) yesterday in Doylestown. After hanging the ribbons with other volunteers my husband and I decided to get late breakfast brunch. We stumbled upon Pag's Pub and it was still open for breakfast on Saturdays only. The barista/bar gentleman was warm and inviting and gave us the option to choose our seating. We chose to sit outside. Blankets were available at tables to cozy up in should you feel chilly. How thoughtful! The settings are a little bit cramped and the chairs not very comfortable. We were offered waters while we looked at the menu. Coffees are Americano made to order served with hot steamed milk and a small biscotti. It is a small curated menu. We both chose omelets which were served with rosemary potatoes, a small dressed salad topped with a half roasted tomato and whole grain toast. The omelettes was fluffy, potatoes tender, baked tomato was pleasantly spicy and all ingredients were farm to table. Our server was cold as a fish and had the personality of a cardboard box. After our food was brought to the table not by her but by the barista she never came to check in on us until it was time to pay the tab. Never made eye contact with us and our conversations were always as she was walking away with her back turned to us. Very much enjoyed the service of the barista!!!! He came and checked in us. Inquired about refilling our coffees and cleared away our plates. I wish the tip went to him as I thoroughly enjoyed his warm, caring...

BEWARE!!! Food and drink was great, but it was all downhill when we received the bill. First, they added a 20% tip to the bill without any prior notification. Next they summarized the bill, rounded it up (only by 2 cents) and added a 3% fee for using a credit card (unfortunately this is becoming all too common). But then they totaled the bill yet again showing an amount that included the roundup and 20% tip, then they added the credit upcharge, creating a new "total."

They followed this with calculations for various recommended tip amounts and then space for yet another tip and a new total!! Essentially they tried to extract an additional tip on the previous total that already included the tip. In our opinion this is gouging. Moreover, unless you reviewed the bill with the detail orientation of an accountant, you would not realize what was going...

TAKE NOTE AND AVOID: Insane and miserable experience. Family from this town and a life long patron of many bars in this town. HANDS DOWN THE WORST treatment by a manager/owner ever, all stemming from not being able to understand the bartender. We ultimately wanted a carafe of wine and couldn’t get the bartender to understand. So my friend ordered a “coors light” in my party and then the bartender understood finally and my friend decided he wanted to switch the drink to the carafe. (He never touched the coors for reference) The owner kept pointing to us saying NO I HEARD HIM AND HE ORDERED A COORS and though we tried to explain, he kicked us out after cursing in Italian. All because we wanted to switch out the cheap domestic bottled beer to a much more expensive carafe of wine. I’m still processing what just happened and will...
