Arrived at 8.40pm for the 2nd time, the Store is open till 9pm but the doors were locked and when I pointed it was 8.40 the server pointed to an empty bread tray. Total BS, she didnt remember I was in the store 2 weeks ago similar time, that time I made it in but the attitude was awful I was an inconvenience, they wanted to close up and on that occasion when someone tried to get in at 8.45pm they pulled the same BS. It isn't they have no bread, they don't want to be there. Simple answer get a different job. JM corporate either need to get new staff or if this is a franchise and the owner is aware then JM need to get a new owner. If you don't want to work then get a different job that doesn't require you to be open till 9pm not 8.40. Not a one off it's obviously consistent...

We were so excited to have a neighborhood Jersey Mike’s. While our meal was good , I cannot get over how dirty this restaurant is. Every table was filthy. My wife had to get napkins and get them wet in the bathroom to clean a table. Not one single table top was clean. While the crew of 6 was friendly they spent too much time chatting when there should have been a couple of the workers cleaning. We also found food all over the floor in front of the counter. I decided to look over behind the counter and was shocked at the amount of food on the floor. If they don’t care to clean up the areas we can see imagine what it looks like in the back.. I’m writing this review hoping the owner will see this and take corrective action. I hope they get their act...

Whenever I go here, I have a wonderful visit! All of the employees seem to be kind and helpful, but my fiancé and I specifically want to acknowledge Derek. He is friendly and serves with a smile. As soon as my fiancé and I walked in, he acknowledged and greeted us.

I ordered the $10 Daily Combo Deal because I wanted The Original Italian. I ordered mine in a tub and Derek put in the work to make it a presentable and full tub, yet he was fast paced at the same time! My fiancé ordered the Club Supreme on Rosemary Parm bread. His sub was also very full and appetizing. We noticed Derek and 1 other employee were the only front of house workers when we ordered. My fiancé and I enjoyed our meals inside the clean establishment.
