Daaaamn stupid staff, I can’t believe this place, they never fail to disappoint me! Seriously people! Go cook at home nice healthy meals even an egg sandwich is million times better and this junk food, I was craving for big Mac because of that sauce even though the meat is ridiculously out of taste and dry, yet, the order was cancelled, and I was trying to explain to this stupid brat kid who was in drive thru, that i had placed and order, I gave her the code like 3 times, she didn’t find my order, I went to the window and showed her the code and the proof of purchase, yet, she is telling me it was cancelled, and I told her I got email from my bank the money was taken. And she said I can’t do anything about it, they will refund you in 3 days, and she offered me if I want to reorder. And I said yes, then, im trying to show the order that I want, she stormed out at me and said I told you there is nothing I can do about it! I told her to chill out, im showing you the order I want to replace, and she got offended because I told her to calm down, she left, and then the manager came 😅😅 she was worst, I was like im trying to replace the order women, are you guys on something, ?! She offered to reorder and I agreed, but they were still struggling to overcome the previous conversation. I just drove away, there was no point of staying there, I work in a restaurant, I have never treated my customers like that 🤣🤣 this place is a mess, im not spending a penny for McDonalds anymore , I will erase this...

This location can never get it right.

Food - fine. It is McDonnalds, they always seem to burn the bun at this location.. Once I ordered a regular Hamburger on the mobile app and pressed Extra pickles. When i received the order, this was a pickle sandwich. Literally. Imagine, a bun, triple layer of pickles, the patty, triple layer of pickles, another bun. Wow....Never happened again after this time, but it was shocking.

Service - the wait time at this location is always beyond belief. Whether you are ordering it on the app in advance or at the window, you always have to wait an additional 10 minutes to get the order...if you're lucky, even though it doesn't look busy at all.

Either they are understaffed for the volume or move super slowly. Either or....baffles me every single time.

Update: Still not any better. Today, I ordered a double hamburger with extra pickles - got regular one with no extra pickles. Ordered medium fry - the package was filled only halfway. Regarding previous orders - buns are consistently burnt, chicken overcooked most of the time. Staff still behaves like they're consistently asleep, they take forever to bring you items in the drive-through, even though there are 2 cars. Overall, this location needs major revision. It is new, but people need better training and...

The reviews are not exaggerating. This truly is the slowest McDonald’s I have ever seen. Every single time I’ve done drive-through, I get sent to a parking spot. Today I tried a mobile curbside order, hoping that it would speed things up. It did the opposite. They decided to never come out because there was rain. I was able to walk through the rain to go inside, and my food was just sitting there behind the counter. They said that the staff cannot leave the building if it’s raining. They also said they do not start curbside orders in advance; they wait until you check in with parking spot number. I have no idea why the curbside option exists, and why there is no awning or any protection from the rain over the curbside parking spots here, in Florida of all places. Or why they can’t alert you as such or remove the option for this location. Just don’t use the curbside option. They said if I want to get my food faster, I could try the counter take-out mobile option, since “sometimes” they will start those as soon as you order so that it is ready by the time you arrive at the building. If you are in a rush and have a buddy that can order while you drive there, I would give take-out a try instead of getting stuck in the...
