In the bustling world of cocktail bars and late-night hangouts, finding a bartender who truly stands out isn't always easy. However, if you happen to be served by Letty, consider yourself lucky. She's not just a drink-slinger; she's a purveyor of exceptional customer service and possesses a depth of bar knowledge that elevates the entire experience.

From the moment you approach the bar, Letty radiates a genuine warmth and welcoming attitude. She makes eye contact, greets you with a smile, and effortlessly creates a comfortable and engaging atmosphere. This isn't just rote performance; it's clear that Letty genuinely enjoys connecting with her customers.

Beyond the pleasantries, Letty's expertise behind the bar is undeniable. Whether you're a seasoned cocktail aficionado or a newbie just dipping your toes into the world of spirits, she caters to your needs with ease. Unsure what to order? Just give her a few preferences – maybe you're in the mood for something fruity, something strong, or something with a hint of spice – and she'll whip up a bespoke creation that perfectly suits your palate.

Her knowledge extends far beyond the standard cocktails listed on the menu. Letty can expertly mix classic concoctions, explain the nuances of different spirits, and even offer insightful recommendations for pairings with food. Ask her about the history of a particular ingredient or the origins of a specific cocktail, and you'll be treated to a fascinating mini-lesson.

But Letty's brilliance isn't solely about textbook knowledge; it's also about her intuition. She can quickly assess the mood of the bar, gauge the needs of individual customers, and adjust her approach accordingly. She knows when to offer a friendly ear, when to suggest a new drink, and when to simply let you enjoy your evening in peace.

In a competitive industry where service can often feel transactional, Letty's dedication to providing a truly memorable experience is truly refreshing. She's a shining example of what a bartender should be: knowledgeable, engaging, and genuinely committed to exceeding customer...

Update Twin Peaks management reached out to me and offered my wife and I a free meal to make up for the bad experience we had. We weren't in any rush to return but we finally did. The service was night and day different. Our waitress, Georgia, was extremely friendly and stayed on top of our table and the overall experience. We split 12 wings (half garlic parmesan, half teriyaki). They came out piping hot, looked great, and tasted even better. They were cooked perfectly, crisp and juicy. The teriyaki wings were hands down our favorite. While the food was definitely improved from our last experience, the customer service this go around was by far the best part of our meal. We'd definitely come back now and hopefully get Georgia again.

Original post First time coming here, won't be running to come back anytime soon. I'm a country guy, so the outdoorsy ascetic reeled me in at first. The wait staff was cute and exactly what I expected from what i had been told about Twin Peaks. The food however, just wasn't that good. My wife had the brisket nachos and she ended up sending them back because she didn't like them (I tried the brisket too, and it was completely flavorless). I ordered the spicy meatball skillet and what came out was the meatball parmesan sandwich. We rold the waitress that wasn't what I ordered and she brought it back to correct it. When i finally got what I actually ordered, it was okay. From this first experience, it seems that Twin Peaks sells one thing well and it sure as hell isn't food. Very...

Being form the UK I was excited to go to a famous American bar restaurant. We were planning on going to Hooters but an uber driver recommended Twin Peaks as being a lot better.

Sadly our experience was poor. We (family of four) entered the restaurant and waited in reception as the sign said - but no one came. We had to flag down a bar tender who came and took us to a table. We sat at a booth but were then asked to move to the next booth as it was the ‘the other servers turn’ - which was strange.

The server was not very welcoming, certainly not what we were used to in Florida (which has been amazing I should say).

We ordered our drinks, which came out one by one, with my wife’s drink coming at least 5 minutes after the rest.

The worst thing which I have never experienced in my life was when the food came. I ordered a chicken and chilli soup, when it came I asked for a spoon. The server came back and handed me a plastic spoon. When I asked for a real spoon she replied ‘they are all in the dishwasher’. When I asked for a real spoon as I was in a restaurant she replied ‘I will see what I can find’. She finally gave me a real spoon about 5 minutes later.

The place was not busy so no reason apart from total laziness not to provide a real spoon. The food was okay, but overall a terrible experience which was very disappointing. I would not recommend and would...

We sat for about 15 minutes before our waitress finally made it to our table. We ordered a billionaires bacon that was semi cooked, then microwaved when we requested it hot. It came out chewy and overly seasoned with pepper and not edible. We sent it back twice before getting an order that was crispy sweet and salty the way it should be. We had to get the waitresses attention again to order chips and salsa because of how long we waited for our main courses. When the chips came they were saturated in sea salt. Also not edible. The manager brought us out fresh chips with no salt but by the time that happened our meal had arrived. My strawberry margarita was way too sweet and the waitress never asked if I wanted a salted rim or a sugar rim. I would have went with salt to cut the sweetness. The entrees were better than everything else including the service, but I wouldn’t recommend this place. Also, beware of the sauce that comes with the pork tacos. It will destroy your palette. It literally tasted like a bunch of ghost peppers were put in a blender and poured into a side sauce cup. Absolutely awful. #donttryit

After a 13hr day at Disney with my wife and two kids we headed back to our hotel around 11pm starving and stopped at Twin Peaks to get some apps. We were told by hostess and “manager” that kitchen just suddenly closed because of an influx even though the website clearly states 12am close. We went to the bar for a quick beer and lick our wounds when Lexi the bartender said she would put in some apps for us. Excited and happy we threw in some apps to order only to watch the hostess/“manager” come to Lexi and tell her no and deny our app order once again. As a bar/restaurant owner I knew something wasn’t right so I asked to speak to the manager in charge and Randy came out, I described the situation at hand, and he fixed everything. Made sure my wife and kids got that great meal that we were hearing for. Thank you both for changing a one star review to a five star review just like that. It’s hospitality after all. You guys made an amazing day with the fam even greater. If your ever in Ft Lauderdale come see me at Munchies Pizza Club. You’ll love the place and I would be honored to return the favor. Cheers.
