The service was night and day different. Our waitress, Georgia, was extremely friendly and stayed on top of our table and the overall experience. We split 12 wings (half garlic parmesan, half teriyaki). They came out piping hot, looked great, and tasted even better. They were cooked perfectly, crisp and juicy. The teriyaki wings were hands down our favorite. While the food was definitely improved from our last experience, the customer service this go around was by far the best part of our meal. We'd definitely come back now and hopefully get Georgia again.
Original post First time coming here, won't be running to come back anytime soon. I'm a country guy, so the outdoorsy ascetic reeled me in at first. The wait staff was cute and exactly what I expected from what i had been told about Twin Peaks. The food however, just wasn't that good. My wife had the brisket nachos and she ended up sending them back because she didn't like them (I tried the brisket too, and it was completely flavorless). I ordered the spicy meatball skillet and what came out was the meatball parmesan sandwich. We rold the waitress that wasn't what I ordered and she brought it back to correct it. When i finally got what I actually ordered, it was okay. From this first experience, it seems that Twin Peaks sells one thing well and it sure as hell isn't food. Very...
Read moreBeing form the UK I was excited to go to a famous American bar restaurant. We were planning on going to Hooters but an uber driver recommended Twin Peaks as being a lot better.
Sadly our experience was poor. We (family of four) entered the restaurant and waited in reception as the sign said - but no one came. We had to flag down a bar tender who came and took us to a table. We sat at a booth but were then asked to move to the next booth as it was the ‘the other servers turn’ - which was strange.
The server was not very welcoming, certainly not what we were used to in Florida (which has been amazing I should say).
We ordered our drinks, which came out one by one, with my wife’s drink coming at least 5 minutes after the rest.
The worst thing which I have never experienced in my life was when the food came. I ordered a chicken and chilli soup, when it came I asked for a spoon. The server came back and handed me a plastic spoon. When I asked for a real spoon she replied ‘they are all in the dishwasher’. When I asked for a real spoon as I was in a restaurant she replied ‘I will see what I can find’. She finally gave me a real spoon about 5 minutes later.
The place was not busy so no reason apart from total laziness not to provide a real spoon. The food was okay, but overall a terrible experience which was very disappointing. I would not recommend and would...
