Lake Buena Vista Gift Shop — Local services in Dr. Phillips

To anyone looking for a gift shop, don’t go here… the guest service is terrible and YOY can find every single item on the racks somewhere else. For those of you going in for the “5 for 9.95” there’s only about 10 shirts that are old and ugly to look at….. I just walked out of the store, I walked in looking for some items and not a single person said hello, everyone was standing and just talking to each other. I didn’t read into it when I got some funny looks but now I’m going into my head about it. As I went to check out the cashier, he is an older looking man, rang me out, I was sifting through my wallet to find some cash. He said “42.57” and kept repeating it, I politely said “give me one second”, and all of a sudden he replies “no, I don’t have a second” I looked at him and stared as if he was for real, he didn’t even look like he was joking. As he was giving me my change he said “ give me a second” and started mocking me after everything he handed me. Yes I was in the wrong for saying “it’s crazy how I did end up giving you that second”. But truly, this is the worst experience I’ve ever had with...

I barely ever write a bad review because I always want to support businesses as much as I can but this place has the absolute WORST customer service!! The ethnic owner that was there was extremely rude. I asked if I can try on some clothes in the fitting room and he said how many do you have, as I was counting them before I even said "four", he said oh that's too much, only 3!!! What the heck??? I didn't even tell him how many I have yet! Later I found out from my husband, that same person snatched a toy from my son's hands as he was checking it out. One of the female workers was sick, she was coughing the whole time and I wondered if she have covid! The other worker continuously spoke Spanish to me while I keep saying "what?" as I am not Hispanic nor do I speak or understand Spanish. I would never go to that location ever again nor would I recommended...

Service was terrible. I got few T-shirt’s from your rack and the cashier guy told me one of them is not in the promotion but still proceeds to ring the sale up. I go back to the one rack that has a promotion and pick a different shirt. He again says it’s not part of it. Now I say well, since there are no more choices, I would like to cancel , and he points to “no refunds” sign next to his cash register.

I have not even walked out of the store yet he still says no refunds even after he rang up the sale just few minutes before. At this point He didn’t even give me the rest of the items to me yet.

It felt like I am the bad guy for telling him to cancel that part of the transaction because they don’t have the merchandise and received no apologies even after spending on other...
