I think it’s important to know what this place is up front before you decide to eat here or not.
First I would classify this restaurant as a “tourist” spot.
It’s located in a very tourist heavy part of Orlando In close proximity to Disney and a bunch of major hotels.
This place has a lot of spectacle involved so if that’s what you’re going for then great.
It has a large dining area. That is bright and noisy. Definitely not a romantic dinner spot.
Most of the food is served via self service bars such as the meats, seafood, and sauces. So be prepared to make a few trips to really get your moneys worth.
The conveyor belt portion of the restaurant is mostly side items you will be adding to your pot such as veggies and tofu.
When you come in you will be greeted at the front door by a human host then led to your table via a small robot.
This robot will occasionally bring you items such as drinks and dessert through your meal. You will also have a human server as well.
Now for the food…
Mostly you will be choosing what kind of broth you want your pot to be from the menu.
They bring your broth to an individual burner located on your table that cooks at high heat so that any item you place into the broth cools over a short time until you are ready to eat it.
This is where some people may be turned off…
While there is no shortage of variety of items you can place into your broth the quality does seems to be lacking in some areas.
The veggies and sides on the conveyor belt are mostly ok.
The meats and seafoods however are a different story
I understand this is an “all You can eat” restaurant so they have to cut down on cost somewhere. Unfortunately it seems to be on their main items.
The seafood such as shrimp and scallops are very small and almost always fishy even after cooking.
The meats such and lamb and pork are nicely rolled but once again low quality cuts of meats.
Usually tough and stringy no matter how you cook them.
Also this place can get dirty pretty fast with everyone up and about getting their own food.
Unfortunately the staff is not very quick to clean any messes as there were spills on the floor and food bars for most of our time there.
Also the bathrooms for very dirty and didn’t seems to have anyone checking in them throughout the evening.
This place is fine if you want a quick fix for hot pot although I wouldn’t call it a cheap meal.
I can see the appeal for tourist looking for something new to try but I can’t see myself coming back anytime soon.
The staff was nice and friendly but the quality of the food and the messy-ness of the restaurant was bad enough to have a hard time recommending this place to any...

Dinner is all you can eat for approximately $29 per person. A small rolling robot leads you to your table where your server is waiting, with menus in hand. One menu shows drinks available. They have Pepsi fountain drinks and a large choice of Boba teas. One person in our party ordered a mango milk tea and said it was delicious.
The other menu shows the types of broth available. You pick one type of broth. I picked the original which is a beef/chicken/pork broth. They do have other broths that could be used by vegetarians or vegans. They bring your very hot broth to the table and turn on burners built into the table which creates a bubbling boiling hot metal pot of broth; hence the name of a Hot Pot Restaurant.
There is a conveyer belt that goes around and you can pick what you like from it. I stuck with the basic Ramon noodles, but they have all sorts of noodles, vegetables, and mushrooms on the conveyor belt to choose from.
There are 2 other areas in the restaurant that you should go to. There is a sauce bar where you create your own sauce for your cooked items. I chose the sweet garlic sauce and threw in some scallions, it was delicious. You definitely don't need extra garlic in that sauce - trust me. There's also a variety of fresh fruits, such as mango, cantaloupe , honeydew, pineapple, oranges, & grapes, at the sauce bar.
The other area to visit for our non-vegetarians is the meat bar. There you can find beef, chicken, pork, lamb, crab, scallops, shrimp, clams and several other types of meat and seafood.
Finally, you take all of your chosen ingredients back to your table and drop them into your boiling broth to cook. There's a sign at each table recommending the cooking time for each ingredient - these cooking times proved correct. We used our phones stopwatch apps to time each ingredient.
The all you can eat includes a small cup of ice cream which is brought to your table via a large but adorable cat robot.
The restaurant was very clean and service was impeccable.
Because of the raw food items and boiling broths I would not recommend bringing small or hyper children for safety reasons.
There were two things that made me feel a bit uncomfortable. If you are found to waste food you will be charged an extra $10, so I was a little afraid to try anything new in case I didn't like it and wasted it. The other was the fact that there were security cameras everywhere in the restaurant. They're meant to stop people from taking food home - no to go boxes here - which was not a problem for us, but the cameras were still a little unnerving.
Overall I would definitely recommend...
Read moreThis hotpot restaurant was purely amazing, exquisite, and highly the best scenes of outlook they had. There's plenty of soup, meat, seafood options, and most other foods like the noodles, bread, vegetables, and other edible options showcase the wide variety of food options through the constant moving conveyor. The bowls are mostly heart shaped and loved every detail this restaurant has to offer and the service is beyond amazing its highly an exceptional and the experience.
As you 1st walk into the restaurant, the purple kawaii robot takes you to your assigned table. From there you're greeted by these lovely and helpful servers asking you about drink and soup options. I had 2 of their boba teas, 1st boba tea was the Super Fruit one, and the 2nd was a mango boba green tea, both were soooo good, I had to ask for a 2nd one! I got the herbal soup, the meat buffet they offer is beef, lamb, pork, and other seafood options. I went with the meat options mostly; as seafood doesn't go well for me, so I didn't go for the seafood. Plenty of sauce options at their sauce bar to choose from and fruit and vegetable side options as well, all of them were superb great as well as the all the food and drink options.
The desserts they offer were green tea, vanilla, chocolate, and I think a few more as well. I guess they also have rice cake? Those you have to your server to get, and comes the best part, this kawaii robot cat serves the desserts to you and you can also pet the robot cat server too, the expression was purely wholesome!
Don't worry too much about the "going over 10lbs' surcharge, its rare for anyone to go over that much amount, but please, be mindful and only take what you can handle to eat.
Last part is when you're going to the washrooms, you'll see a reference from a well known cartoon show (See photos provided), as well as some great advice you'll see next to all the positive vibes on the wall across from the cartoon reference.
All I can say is, you'll have a great and fantastic time here, you'll totes come back here for more, I know I would!! Can be pricey, but its worthwhile in the long run with how they service their guests. Did I mention their bars and ceilings are also LED and possible projections?! Yeah, those are also spot on and pin points to where things are to get stuff from.
I would highly recommend to give this Chinese hotpot restaurant a try, you'll have a greater experience and endless food...
