We’ve never ordered from this restaurant before, but tonight the delivery boy accidentally delivered food to our address. Not knowing if anyone in our household ordered food or not, a family member signed for the food. Honest mistake. When our family realized what had happened, we tried to look for a menu or a receipt that would normally be attached to a take-out or delivery bag & there was none to be found. Due to covid, because we didn’t know where the food came from, we had to throw out the food that was accidentally delivered to our address. About an hour & a half after the food was accidentally delivered, the owner came to our house with the delivery boy & told us what we already knew, that the delivery boy messed up. Not only did the delivery boy made the mistake, but the owner/ manager of this restaurant demanded that we pay for the food that was accidentally delivered to us or he would call the cops. What’s very upsetting is that we ended up paying for someone else’s mistake. We paid for food we didn’t order & didn’t eat. Due to covid, my family didn’t want me standing at our front door talking to strangers that didn’t even have masks on, so my family just paid them the $49.00 worth of food just so they could just leave. This restaurant’s work ethic is extremely unprofessional & unfair.. & on top of that wanted to call the cops on our family over $49.00 which says a lot about the business. People make mistakes. Their delivery boy made a mistake.. They should’ve just taken the loss & call it a night.. but instead, threatened to call the police because food was accidentally delivered to our home. I hope that this review helps a lot of people in the future before they decide to order from these people. I myself own a business, & I would never ever have someone pay for someone else’s mistake. Because of what happened to our family tonight, we’ve encouraged all of our friends & family in this area to not do any business with this restaurant. What a...
Read moreOrdered a Chicken Margarita pizza and when I opened the box it looked disgusting! It was under cooked and was wet and soggy. It was almost 11 so I figured I would just call them tomorrow because they were closing. I tried a little of it just to see if I was being picky. It was texturally gross! I then go sick around 4 am so this pizza was obviously not good in any way. I called back in the morning and very politely explained the situation and the jerk on the phone tried to convince me that I didn't order it with the sauce that " most people " like. I explained the issue to him AGAIN and his next excuse was nobody complained about the pizza last night. So I explained AGAIN and then he said he can't help if I don't like the flavor. I then said I shouldn't have to pay 20.00 for a pizza and get sick. Then he tells me I'm just upset about the price. I was just livid at this point and I said I want my money back. He then said he can't take a pizza back just because I didn't like the flavor. Now I have little patience for people like this so let me just say I said things to this POS that would get me kicked off yelp if I wrote them. Avoid this place...
Read moreI frankly don't think the food is as good as it used to be.. but that doesn't bother me as much as the deceiving prices.. that's the only place in town I believe that charges $18 for a chicken Caesar salad.. okay 17.95 and with tax in a $3 tip or whatever you're talking 23.00 for a chicken Caesar salad.. the whole tip things getting out of hand in these places.. I was going to order a large chicken fajita pizza tonight and a caesar salad with grilled chicken for my girlfriend.. you talking roughly $40 but after the ridiculous six dollars + tax and tip for them to walk 10 ft from the oven to the register while you pick up your food.. depending on what you want to get soaked for on a tip you can pay anywhere from 53 to 58 dollars for that $40 order.. the prices are deceiving.. the food mediocre.. the large pizzas don't look like large pizzas.. Jimmy's is off my list of places to...
