Subway — Restaurant in Draper

I am writing regarding the poor customer service we received tonight at our visit by the employee named Nephi. He was apparently very annoyed at the people coming in to purchase sandwiches, since he would continuously roll his eyes and shake his head at every patron that walked through the door. In addition, the chairs to the whole dining room was put up on the tables for "cleaning" even though it was 2 1/2 hours before closing time which was 10:00 to prevent anyone from sitting in there to eat (I took a picture with my phone to document). When I questioned why he appeared annoyed, and questioned why we couldn't sit down to eat, we was very rude and short with me. I will not be returning to this location! If I was this stores manager or store owner, I would not want employees like this...

I ordered online so I could get their bogo deal and as I clicked to checkout, the system glitches or something because it charged my card and didn't create the order? So then my husband goes into the store to pick it up and there's no order so he decides to create a new order since we're banking on this for dinner and in order to get the BOGO deal we have to order online so he does it and when he selects the location it says it's eligible bit when he goes to check out it says it's an "ineligible location??" The workers there had no idea what was going on and said they have no way to fix it. So he ends up paying full price and we end up spending 3x more than we were supposed to! Been a longtime Subway customer, I've even worked at several subway locations. This low review is not due to poor quality food, or terrible service at this location, in fact, both were very good. Tje reason fpr this bad review, and the reason why I won't be buying from Subway is the ridiculous change introduced regarding the Series sandwiches and the forced upcharge for double cheese. I personally don't think adding double cheese changesuch about the sandwich, and I especially don't appreciate being strong armed into getting it just because my preferred sandwich is only on the Series menu. Bring back choice Subway, or I'll make my choice of going...
