I cannot say enough amazing things about Beauty Calls and the owner, Kylee. Her location is easy to find and her place is absolutely, adorable and welcoming. She has such an incredible personality and will instantly make you feel comfortable and at home despite being totally vulnerable (I had a Brazilian Wax). We chatted about life, her dreams, my aspirations, etc. next thing I knew, I was done. I had to double check because, for the first time in my long history of getting Brazilians, there was ZERO pain. She said I was done and to this day, I still can’t believe it. Kylee offered, not only a great atmosphere, welcoming conversation, but a completely painless wax. I am new to Salt Lake City and have been struggling starting from the ground up on EVERYTHING. But I luckily did get a recommendation to come here from my waxer where I used to live and I trust that girl with my whole heart. I would not recommend booking with them. I bought a groupon and set up an appointment. I set my appointment for 10 am. I got a call telling me that the person I bought the Groupon for quite. She made me move my appointment to an hour earlier. She also did not tell me about the cancellation policy of if you are 5 min late your appointment will be cancelled. I was going to be 10 min late due to traffic. she called me to tell me she was cancelling me when I was 5 min away from my destination I had already driven 40 min to get to this appointment .I also set it right before a trip. So now I was out money, time ,and a service I had planned before a trip. Definitely never doing...
