L.A. Bikini Sugaring Hair Removal — Local services in Draper

Rude, not professional. Called multiple times and they picked up the phone but wouldn’t respond. Was told my card would be charged 25% for a no show but charged 50%. Will never go back. Will never recommend. Terrible terrible customer service. I not sure how you call it a no show when my daughter was standing the lobby. You are correct she called this morning but I was at work taking care of the customers I serve. I called her back before she left. Again rude and didn’t stick to her word about the 25% charge. This is definitely personal because of the way I was treated. And that the assumption was that I was not going to show up. In fact we did show up my daughter was one minute late and no one would talk to us about getting just the middle of her brow sugared that would take very little time at all. The needs could’ve been met and we could’ve been accommodated instead you turned us away in charge my card 50%. Once I mentioned that I would dispute the charges the manager on the phone told me she’s sticking to the 50% charge because of the mention of disputing the charges. I I am fine with the 25% charge because I understand that was a missed appointment at that point regardless if it was not our fault I will honor the 25% that I was told but 50 was never mentioned. She referenced a policy that I had signed more than two years ago and I haven’t seen cents. So when you talk to me on the phone and say it’s only 25% but then want to reference a paper from more than two years ago that seems wrong. Call I ask is your honor your word about the 25%...

Edit: My first experience at LA Bikini was amazing. After visiting a few more times I have to say I have not been impressed.

My second time in applying the sugar was painful. She was pushing hard enough that it was uncomfortable and it felt like it wasn't melted or something. When I mentioned it she said their electricity had been out the day before so perhaps the sugar wasn't as ready as it could be. So why would you not address that? She also did my eyebrows which weren't bad but nothing special.

My third visit was as a "model" for someone in training. When I got up there was a huge pile of sugar still on the table. I wiped myself off the best I could but when I got home there was enough sugar left on me that it soaked through my pants! I actually realized it because I stuck to my seat in my car. Can you imagine if I had to go somewhere other than home? I chalked it up to it being someone in training and I got the service for free. But I actually saw another review stating the same thing about the same person.

My next and sadly last visit was very painful, definitely not like the first experience. She basically blamed it on the length of time between visits & length of hair. The first time I came in though I was told that didn't matter for sugaring.

I thought I found the best solution for brazilians when I first tried sugaring. But I'm definitely going to just invest in laser...

I love coming here to get my body hair removed!!! All the staff members are so knowledgeable and helpful. Real results here! I have been going crazy getting all the parts of my body hairless (including legs, Brazilian, underarms, chin, upper lip, and full arms). I only shaved my legs and Brazilian area before, and my hair would grow back the next day all black, thick, prickly and since I have eczema, it would make my legs so itchy! But you know, I dealt with it. After trying sugaring I'm HOOKED. My leg hair already grow back slower and I've only done two sessions, and when it comes back it's soft and lighter and doesn't make my legs itchy. 😭😭😭 It's amazing. The same thing goes for all the other areas and especially for Brazilian. Like even after two weeks there is SO much less hair! People. Get those hairs sugared. Here. Like other reviews have said, the Savy Girl packages they offer make this super affordable. For 6 months of treatment (which is what they recommend) at every 2 weeks for my Brazilian, I'll be paying $450 to permanently reduce the hair growth there. Talk with the estheticians there- they will answer all your questions about plans and pricing and what they recommend for you!

They use Alexandria products and I love those as well!
